Family-friendly vacation rentals in Venice

Great location, just steps from the water taxi and a few minutes to San Marco. Beautiful, clean apartment. Alessia, Dimitri and Valentina were super responsive and helped to arrange transfers. Highly recommend!

One of the best apartments we have stayed at… Antonella takes care of the tiniest details by providing goodies and toiletries. The apartment is spotless and the linen is crisp. I would recommend her apartment for a great and memorable stay in Venice. It’s within walking distance to Rialto Bridge and has a great location.

Andrea is a very helpful, gracious Host. His place was close to the vaporetto which made getting around Venice really convenient. His place is in a very quiet area with lots of local restaurants but away from the crowds. We really enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved Morena’s apartment. If we come back to Venice we will be staying there again.

Appartement quite small but more than enough for 2 people, we weren't by any means mislead, the rooms were spotless and the host had gone out of their way to accommodate guests, there was a booklet full of recommendations - places to go, things to do etc. Biggest standout for us was quality communication, and clear instructions, super helpful host, thankyou! - 5 stars :)

Great place in Venice! Beautiful rooftop views and sounds of the canal right below. The place is large with plenty of room to move around. Comfortable bed, large windows and great location with access to restaurants and attractions close by. The balcony is large enough for 2 and was a nice morning landing spot.

We stayed 2 nights in this Venice apartment. We arrived at the Rialto Bridge stop by vaporetto. The video with directions to the apartment was very helpful. The host was friendly and communicated through text. The location is great! So close to the Rialto Bridge, but tucked back into a peaceful area. We felt safe. The apartment was very clean. It was quiet at night with the windows closed. The air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area all worked well. There are 2 flights of stairs to access the apartment with no elevator/lift, so you need to be able to get your bags up and down the stairs. This was not a problem for us. There are many restaurants for coffee, pastries, and gelato very close by the apartment. It was a very easy 8 minute walk to San Marco square and the Doge’s palace. We were 4 adults sharing the apartment and we were all pleased with it. The price was great when split by 2 couples. We would stay there again!

Had an amazing stay at Maristella’s place! It was clean, quiet, and really well located. The perfect base camp to explore Venice.

This is a really nice place in a calmer and more “local” location of Venice. The views are fantastic of the water, canal, and a gondoliering school outside. Lots of great restaurants nearby with IMO the best views of Venice. Those who know how NJ has the best views of NYC would understand. Be careful coming back from the main island later in the evening as the Vaparettos don’t run the same routes as during the day.

Tomasso provided a video of how to get to his place from the ferry over from the airport which was extremely helpful. Area close to restaurants and walking distance to train station, rialto snd St marks. we appreciated the cold water left in the fridge for our arrival and the coffee. All good and as described. This was the best stocked AirBnB in my month in Italy. Real home away from home experience. It is as described in her photos with some lovely welcome touches. It is close to the train/bus station in a quiet area. Communication was effective and timely. Siria was very thorough with directions and entry. Would stay here again for sure! Authentic and exquisite. Every room featured stunning Murano glass chandeliers. The space was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed with great amenities. Located in a quiet, peaceful area, it offered a perfect retreat. The host went above and beyond—graciously guiding us when we had trouble finding the location and helping us navigate the water taxis. So kind and helpful throughout our stay.

The apartment has historic feelings and has been kept up to modern amenities. The view from the window is just unbelievable which elevates the apartment. Location is in the quieter part Venice which enables you to sleep well. I would highly recommend Pierantonio apartment.

We felt excellently accommodated in the last four weeks of the stay. After a detailed check-in by Elena, everything worked out great, the location is excellent, quiet and in particular Elena was always supportive, friendly and helpful! We have actually always felt at home and can therefore highly recommend Elena's place! Many thanks again for this.

Monica's place was amazing and a great fit for our family of 5. The location was quite and close to all the sights. Monica was also very flexible with our check in. we had a flight delay that pushed our arrival back to the evening instead of the morning. Monica communicated with us throughout the day and made sure to meet us at the home after a long day of delays. We are so thankful and relieved to have had the home available when we arrived and would recommend her place to all families for an amazing stay in Venice.

If you are looking for a quiet oasis away from the crowds of Venice then this is the place! You literally have everything you need not far from the door including amazing restaurants. Elisabetta kindly met us on check in and gave us some excellent information. We loved staying in this apartment and highly recommend to others.

Great stay in a really pleasant, quieter area with a lot of access to restaurants, experiences etc at a place that felt refreshing and like home.

We loved our stay at Martina’s place. We loved how she warmly greeted us at the start of our stay and was able go provide to provide recommendations and also answer our questions. It was very close to many delicious restaurants and also the public water transportation. We loved the location- only a short walk to many popular tourist spots but felt far enough away from the hustle and bustle and felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again if ever visiting Venice. Thanks again!

We have just arrived home after a wonderful 5 days in Venice. The apartment was immaculate and beautiful location on a canal. Paolo the host could not do enough for us. He helped with our transfer from the airport and booked our water taxi transfer back to the airport. He met us as soon as we arrived to make sure we found the apartment and even though we were early we were able to store our bags in the apartment. Paolo then showed us where the local restaurants were. We ate in this area a number of times. Lovely restaurants. I would 100% recommend this accommodation. It is of high spec with added special touches like a welcome food pack and extra pillows. Beds are very comfortable and it’s nice to have the courtyard too. Only about 25 minute walk to St Mark’s Square. Do not hesitate to book this apartment. Thank Paolo for a lovely stay.

Easy to get to from the train/bus station. Beautiful canal view from the gorgeous living room windows. Definitely on the quieter side of town but still easy to get everywhere.

Wonderful stay, clean and a nice location. A little difficult to find at first but that’s the nature of the Venice alleys. Good food nearby. Great communication with the host.
