Luxury apartment in the heart of Venice, just an 8-minute walk from St. Mark's Square and 5 minutes from Rialto. One week before arrival, you will be asked to provide the ID of one guest, along with payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the group) and the accommodation tax. Your data will only be shared with the Police and the Municipality. Elevators are rare in Venice: there are around 50 steps, but they aren't very steep. There is a luggage delivery service directly to the apartment. There is a luggage storage room.

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house.
