Beachfront vacation rentals in Venice

Small apartment well organized and with all amenities, even more than I expected. Very close to the beach. Alberto is a very helpful and friendly host, ready to respond to any need. Highly recommended!

Great location and very clean and secure

Cinzia is a really kind and helpful lady. The house is impeccable and welcoming with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. There were four of us and a small dog. Among other things, and not insignificantly, Cinzia is really pet-friendly. Kind of like being home. On Via Bafile. In short, highly recommended.

It was excellent, everything as described and even more amenities than in the description. Very nice and accommodating. We will definitely come back due to the cleanliness and the value for money. Perfect location and very quiet in the house itself, despite the central location. 10/10!

We moved into the apartment as a family of 4, one child 13, the other 11. Both children slept on a sofa bed, which was a little small for both of them. From the description, we assumed that this was a beachfront apartment with sea views. The apartment was located on the side of the first floor in the property, so no sea view was possible. The apartment has a terrace that is in the shade all day. The apartment is still very centrally located and can be parked in a modern and super clean underground garage. Everything was provided. An electric coffee maker was not provided. But many good cafes were nearby. We could even jump into a really nice and clean pool, which is located directly on the beach and is certainly a highlight in the summer.

Thanks for a lovely few days on beautiful Pellestrina. The studio was perfect, with everything needed for a peaceful and pleasant stay. The Pellestrina sunsets were amazing! Huge thanks to Davide and his parents for helping us out after we got our dates muddled. Pellestrina was one of the highlights of our trip across Italy, thanks again!

Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. perfect location, once you arrive you won't need the car. everything within a short walking distance. very clean apartment with everything that you could need for a stay. considering the location, condition of the apartment and having everything you need (including towels and linen, not so easy to find in this area) fantastic value for money! If I ever return to Jesolo this will be my first choice for a place to stay without question!

The apartment was equipped with everything you need. You feel very comfortable and nothing is missing. It was very clean and modernly furnished. Washing machine also available. The hosts were very accessible and made very good recommendations and had good restaurant tips. The beach was easily accessible on foot. The area is very quiet and beautiful. The restaurants had a lot to offer and the prices were very fair. A trip to Venice is also worthwhile from there. We will definitely book again and thank the hosts for the lovely stay.

Sara and her husband were super friendly, easy-going, flexible and sociable. Directly good contact, it is possible to reach them at any time. Check-out also possible a little later if there is no direct booking afterwards. The apartment was very clean, in the complex, emphasis is placed on lunch and night rest. The pool is cleaned daily. Pleasantly quiet yet central location. I myself was traveling with crutches. It was OK, but it's on the 2nd floor via stairs. It was too far to the sea with crutches. Otherwise, the specified time of 2 to 5 minutes walking to the sea is correct. There is also a good parking option by the sea in front. Free parking at any time. The property has an underground parking space for the apartment. The area is completely closed. No mosquitoes at the property, as the village is sprayed. All in all, we would love to come back any time. Really very friendly people.

It is our second stay and we even enjoyed it more than the first time. Is a well-equipped flat, very quiet and the host is very friendly and responsive. The location is ideal: walking distance to the vaporeto, the beach, nice restaurants just downstairs, supermarket and other shops at the same street. The perfect place to enjoy all culture in Venice (a short vaporeto trip and we are in Piazza San Marco, Giudecca, Accademia, …) and all islands around.

It's a charming little house. Very nicely located. A bakery is right next door. In 15 minutes, you can walk to Chioggia. Almost at the front door you can take "Raffaelo" to Venice by boat or bus directly there. Cristian provided us with the following free of charge: cola, coffee, pasta, oil, packaged croissants, cookies, 1x tomato sauce, wine, towels, toilet paper, towels and a few more small things. There are 2 TVs with Netflix and Prime. Unfortunately, the Internet is not that good, but that was also the only "negative." Cristian was always easily accessible. Unfortunately, my kids damaged something, but Cristian was neither angry nor did he want money. I hope he was as happy with us as we were with him. We felt very comfortable and thank you again for the parking and the possibility to check out only in the evening instead of in the morning. The location is really great there. You have your peace, but it is very central.

Paolo is the best host one can imagine, responsive, helpful and attentive. The appartment is ideal for small company like 3 persons, beautiful surrounding, convenient transfer to Venice and sea right in front of the window. Will definitely come back and highly recommended.

Well located seaside accommodation,very quiet about 40 minutes by public transport to Venice and the island of Murano. Highly recommended .

we loved our stay, you could really tell that it is a little family gem we were allowed to enjoy. great location, easy busride to the Vaporetto station. enjoyed some time at the beach, restaurants on Lido and of course magical Venice. had plenty of space with our 4 kids, used the kitchen for easy meals. nice view from the balcony. definitely recommend the stay.

Wonderful 'tiny house' bungalows with a nice terrace in a very beautiful kept & tranquil environment with trees, bushes and flowers. There is even a herb garden you can take from for your cooking. The bungalows had everything you need for being self-catering. Annalisa prepared an extra bed for us after asking what we needed. There are free bicycles to use, which was a real highlight for us, because is easy to bike to town and beyond. Annalisa informed us about upcoming events, markets and even strikes of the public transport. She also offers a BBQ, a laundry machine with cloth hanging possibilities and an umbrella for the beach. The location is very private & quiet, close to a beautiful free beach, close to the towns Ca'Savio, Treporti and of course close to other exciting beautiful places to discover. We had a fantastic time!
