Appartamento molto pulito, in quasi tutti gli spazi luminoso, ovunque gradevole e dotato di tutti gli accessori necessari. Dovendo tornare a Treviso con ogni probabilità chiederemo di nuovo lo stesso appartamento. Città attraversata da molti canali, la presenza di mulini ad acqua impreziosice vari quartieri. Centro storico tutto percorribile a piedi. Suggerisco di informarsi di eventi culturali prima della partenza, per potere pianificare. Supermercati ben forniti. Ristoranti di buona qualità. Gentilezza da parte dei Trevisani quando chieste informazioni per strada. Mi permetto di consigliare una visita alla diga del Vajont, con attenzione a quanto raccontato dalle guide sugli eventi del 1963.

A winning combination of a perfect location, a perfect apartment with terrace, and a perfect host! Beforehand, Donatella gave me all the information I could dream of to prepare an itinerary to wow my whole family, with lots of helpful tips that only a local could know. On arrival we were all blown away by the views from the pretty roof terrace. The local neighbourhood is quiet and beautiful, with a parade of picturesque canalside restaurants only moments away and a useful supermarket around the corner. As suggested by Donatella, we can really recommend a private water taxi from Marco Polo airport for a truly memorable arrival! Our 8 and 11 year old had a sunset Gondola lesson with Row Venice, along the Grand Canal; it was like a dream! Throughout our stay, Donatella was available via message for help and advice on our trip and it was so appreciated! My husband and I had a great stay in Venice, Roberts apartment ticked all the boxes for us. It was clean, comfortable, in a great location and the balcony overlooking the river, watching the gondolas go by was the icing on the cake for us! We didn't use the apartment for cooking but everything was there if you wanted to cook. We were met by Laura when we got off the water taxi in Venice, and she walked us to the apartment, she was very friendly and told us we could contact her anytime during our stay, first class service! Venice was amazing and we loved exploring all the areas, trying to get lost in all the wee alleys, but we always found our way back 😆. if you are looking at this apartment, don't hesitate to book it, I'm my opinion I would say it is perfectly located. If going, visit hotel alangelo which is next door, for great food and drinks, and a wonderful server, Natalia, one of the friendliest people I have ever met! Venice, the city of Love, did not disappoint.

I stayed at Giorgio’s place with my mom and we both absolutely loved it. The location is perfect, next to the water bus stop and it looked out over the water. The bathrooms were gorgeous and the mattresses in both bedrooms were very comfortable. The location is away from the busy tourist areas, and it was very peaceful to sleep at night. An added bonus was that each washroom had a dryer in it, and the washroom on the main floor had heated floors, which was lovely. Giorgio himself is an amazing host. He got in touch with me to make sure that I had instructions on how to get to his place and then very kindly met us in person at the water bus stop to take us to his place. The little touches were also very kind, including providing us with eggs, milk, and a bottle of Prosecco. He also kindly let us keep our suitcases a bit late until our water taxi came to pick us up. I cannot recommend Giorgio’s place enough. I will 100% try to stay here again if I am ever back in Venice.

Appartement très propre et très bien situé (à quelques minutes à pied de tous les principaux sites). La communication avec Daniela était parfaite, l’arrivée au logement très bien expliquée, et des suggestions d’activités et de restaurants proposés. L’appartement est spacieux mais peu lumineux, seulement 1/2 fenêtre donnant sur la rue (cela ne nous a pas dérangé étant donné que nous passions la journée à l’extérieur). L’endroit est calme, la literie de bonne qualité (mais nous avons été réveillés dès 6h du matin par les voisins du dessus avec leurs enfants durant tout le séjour).

Davide and the co-host Carlo were very kind and helpful. As we were travelling with an infant, Carlo's arrangement with the boat taxis between Venice and the airport makes the trip extreamly smooth and stress free. Very welcoming hosts with full of helpful information, quiet corner of Venice yet most of attractions are within 10~15 mins walk. Perfect. The local grocery ( Alimentari De Rossi Paolo) has really nice gourmet products for foodies.

If you’re on the fence about booking this space for your time in Venice—don’t be! It is amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful airbnb. Not only was it peaceful, but it was central to all of the different divisions/neighborhoods of Venice. Also, the hosts went above and beyond to help us tourists figure out the island. Much love to these hosts!!

This place is truly a gem! Fantastic restaurant just below, very well appointed with everything you could need. Irene was immediately responsive when we had a question. It is on the 4th floor, so the elevator was important. Perched with a small canal on one side and a Main Street on the other, the shutters helped block out much of the street sounds, and it’s fine considering you are smack in the middle of the best landmarks.

A modern bathroom corner features wooden shelving suspended with rope, adorned with potted plants and neatly arranged toiletries. Soft towels and additional supplies are organized in a woven basket, enhancing the natural aesthetic of the space.

Logement parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. Propriétaire prévenant et très réactif. Les pizzas da Luca à emporter juste à côté absolument délicieuses. Notez simplement que sans voiture le trajet jusqu’à Venise est un peu long (bus puis Tram ou train) et qu’avec des enfants petits ça peut se révéler un peu compliqué. À part ça tout était parfait.

Questo alloggio a Jesolo ci ha sorpresi molto, non sembrava nemmeno di essere a Jesolo. Casa ben situata in una zona molto tranquilla e con tanto verde intorno è situata in una bella zona soprattutto. Vicini super simpatici, che dire è uno di quei posti in cui vorresti subito tornare per non parlare del design della casa e la pulizia e l’immenso spazio che c’è. Se volete passare una piccola vacanza a Jesolo o un weekend in tranquillità vi consiglio questo alloggio.

We had a great stay at this property and were extremely happy working with Marta. She was very responsive, always reachable, and a pleasure to communicate with throughout our trip. The apartment was clean and well-maintained and included all the amenities listed. The location was fantastic — close to the Rialto Bridge, railway station, grocery store, ATM, bakery, restaurants, and many popular attractions, most of which were within walking distance. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would stay here again in the future!

Unsere Anreise erfolgte vor Weihnachten und das Appartement war weihnachtlich dekoriert und auch ein heschmückter Weihnachtsbaum stand im Wohnzimmer. So etwas nettes hatten wir nicht erwartet. Wir fühlten uns gleich sehr wohl. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und Internet funktionierte einwandfrei. Gegenüber vom Appartement befindet sich ein Supermarkt und gleich um die Ecke befindet sich die Einkaufsstraße. Gastgeber sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Bald kommen wir wieder. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Enjoyed our stay! We had a bit of trouble getting into the place but Fabrizio was SUPER quick to help us and we were very appreciative! Space is big and clean. Super easy to get into Venice via bus as there is a stop just outside. We appreciated not staying in the centre as it was very quiet. Would recommend!!

Mo was a fabulous host, he made the check in process very easy and responded quickly to messages. The condo was exactly as we expected - very clean and spacious for what we needed as a couple. The location was very handy - an easy walk from the train station and a quick walk to hop on a bus that takes you directly to Venezia.

Wir waren für einWochenende hier. Wir wurden bei der Bootstation abgeholt und in die Unterkunft begleitet. Alles ist sehr sauber und gut geheizt. Beim checkout konnten wir freundlicherweise das Gepäck noch etwas länger in der Unterkunft lassen (bis 12 Uhr). Baba empfahl uns gleich gute Restaurants. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, alles perfekt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Massimo. Hôte accueillant, très arrangeant concernant les heures d arrivée et de depart en fonction de ses disponibilités. Massimo nous a donné d excellents conseils pour faire les courses, manger dans des restaurants authentiques, cuisine maison est pa et loin de la foule. Excellents conseils pour les visites. Documentation laissée à disposition. L appartement est très bien orienté. Le mini balcon a été apprécié. Appartement bien aménagé, literie tres confortable.

Это было отличное место для нашего отпуска. Жилье полностью соответствует описанию. Хозяин очень приветливый. Быстро отвечает на любые вопросы. Дает необходимые инструкции, например, как правильно выбрасывать мусор.:) Место находится рядом с прекрасным парком, где есть детская площадка и с центральной улицей Garibaldi, где много кафе и ресторанов, а так же магазинов. Тут же с утра продают свежую рыбу и овощи.🥰 Что касается квартиры. Там было ВСЕ необходимое для комфортной жизни. Нам очень понравилось это место. С радостью вернулись бы снова.🥰🥰🥰

we had a wonderful stay at this lovely and cozy Airbnb apartment in Venice. Everything was spotlessly clean and smelled great. The host, Michale, was absolutely amazing – she was kind, attentive, and helped me with everything I needed. The apartment is in a perfect location with a beautiful view of one of Venice's canals. For Jewish travelers, it's just a 3-minute walk from the Chabad House of Venice and the historic Jewish Ghetto.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Es war alles genau so wie beschrieben, uns erwarteten keine Überraschungen. Die Kommunikation mit Christina war immer perfekt. Besonders gut fanden wir auch den abschließbaren Garagenstellplatz. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Naprosto krásné ubytování . Všude bylo čisto. Ubytování odpovídalo popisu. Paní Julia byla velmi milá a rychle reagovala na zprávy. Lokalita ubytování byla naprosto dokonalá. Poklidna vilová část, blízko od moře, autobus, supermarket, restaurace. Navštívili jsme nedaleké historické město Caorle a také jsme využili plavbu na lodi do Benátek z města punta Sabbioni. Jsme moc rádi , ze jsme si vybrali toto místo a ubytování u paní Julie. Naprosto doporučuji !! :)

Tolle Anlage , sehr nette Menschen. Die Stadt kann man supergut auch zu Fuß erreichen. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Wohnung war super sauber , bequeme Betten und alles was man braucht vorhanden.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo casa molto bella, accogliente, pulita e con mobili e accessori di ultima generazione (Tv 65 pollici, WiFi, etc). La casa era anche più grande di quanto si poteva auspicare dalle foto. Due grandi bagni con ampia doccia. Una grande camera matrimoniale con comodo materasso e biancheria calda morbida e pulita. Una cameretta con due ampi letti e comodi spazi, un comodo disimpegno. La cucina è il soggiorno molto funzionali. Un ampio divano dove potersi rilassare con tutta la famiglia. Insomma, ben oltre le aspettative. L’host ha sempre risposto prontamente alle necessità ed è stato estremamente cordiale. È una soluzione che consiglio vivamente per gli ampi spazi, la vicinanza al mare, la piscina (che considerato il mese non abbiamo potuto utilizzare), il parcheggio a pochi passi. Mi auguro di poter tornare presto! Grazie ancora!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Giulia von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war auch dank der guten Kommunikation sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, ordentlich und es fehlt an nichts. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll ist auch, dass es überall zu öffnende Fliegengitter gibt und Rolladen zum Abdunkeln. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren, der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke und direkt in der Anlage gibt es ein nettes, kleines Café/ Bistro, wo wir am Nachmittag unseren Cappuccino genossen haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
