The apartment, new and quiet, is located within a private courtyard in a 1900s building. It consists of a kitchen, double bedroom, comfortable bathroom and large terrace. Super-central location, it is a 5-minute walk from the beach and the public transport stop to Venice and the airport, 10 minutes from the Biennale, 15 minutes from Piazza San Marco. A few meters away: supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, cafes and restaurants.

Surrounded by greenery, the house is carefully furnished, equipped for families with children, offering peaceful and very relaxing stays.
