Vacation rentals with beach access in Venice

Gilberto was an excellent host. Very communicative throughout and helpful with all requests. The apartment is bigger than the photos make out and you cannot beat the location. Having two showers was handy after a day on the beach with multiple people wanting to freshen up. The balcony is a great spot for people watching, especially at night when the road outside is pedestrianised. We had a lovely stay.

Wir haben die Wohnung als 4-köpfige Familie bezogen, ein Kind 13, das andere 11. Beide Kinder haben auf einem Schlafsofa geschlafen, welches für beide ein wenig klein war. Von der Beschreibung her sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass es sich um eine Wohnung direkt am Strand mit Meerblick handelt. Die Wohnung, befand sich seitlich im EG im Objekt, so dass kein Meerblick möglich war. Die Wohnung hat eine den ganzen Tag im Schatten gelegene Terrasse. Die Wohnung liegt trotzdem sehr zentral und geparkt werden kann in einer modernen und super sauberen Tiefgarage. Alles war vorhanden. Eine elektrische Kaffeemaschine war nicht vorhanden. Aber viele gute Cafés waren in der Nähe. Wir konnten sogar noch in einem wirklich schönen und sauberen Pool springen, dieser befindet sich direkt am Strand und ist im Sommer sicherlich ein Highlight.

Beautiful apartment, in a great location. Giorgio was a great host, who made staying there very easy. Would definitely stay there again, cannot recommend highly enough.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The apartment is in a fantastic, central location, with everything you could possibly want right on your doorstep! We had a wonderful holiday, despite a heatwave during our week there! The air conditioning in the apartment worked perfectly and was a real lifesaver. The apartment is just as gorgeous in real life as it is in the pictures! It's modern and beautifully decorated. We want to thank Simone for the amazing service he provided during our entire stay. He was so helpful when we arrived, during out stay and when we left, and gave us great tips for things to do and see in and around Sottomarina. We were especially grateful that he let us arrive a day early, free of charge, because the apartment was empty. It was such a nice surprise! We've never had such a great experience. Thank you so much!

L’appartamento è molto accogliente pulito e di nuova costruzione. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi l’area pedonale e l’accesso al mare. Linda una padrona di casa impeccabile sempre disponibile, indicazioni per raggiungere l’appartamento e accedervi minuziose e dettagliate. Raccomando la soluzione proposta.

Super lieve vrouw met top ontvangst. Heel betrokken bij haar gasten. Echt wat je nog ouderwets zoekt bij een b&b. Lekkere mand fruit in de keuken staat klaar. Goede tips voor restaurants in de omgeving voor ontbijt en diner. Appartement heerlijk ruim. Dan je wel Stefania en vriendin ( die zo lief was om alle vertalingen te doen😁)

Me and my wife highly appreciated our stay at Adelio’s and Stefania’s house. The quiet area avay from the roads provided a peaceful environment, conducive to restful sleep. The perfect location, just a five-minute walk to the sea and close location of the groucery shops, was one of the major highlights. We also loved having a safe parking slot right in front of the house entrance, which made packing and unpacking so much easier. The availability of three bicycles was a nice bonus, and the bike line to the sea port was a wonderful way to explore the area. Adelio and Stefania were very kind, responsive. Their support throughout our visit was greatly valued. The cozy atmosphere, both inside and outside the house, made it feel like a home away from home. Dear Adelio ans Stefania, thank you for everything and see you!

Es ist ein charmantes kleines Haus. Sehr schön gelegen. Ein Bäcker ist direkt nebenan. In 15Min. ist man in Chioggia zu Fuß. Quasi vor der Haustür kann man mit "Raffaelo" nach Venedig per Schiff oder Busse auch direkt da. Cristian hat uns kostenlos folgendes zur Verfügung gestellt: Cola, Kaffee, Nudeln, Öl, verpackte Crossaints, Kekse, 1x Tomatensoße, Wein, Handtücher, Klopapier, Handtücher und noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Es gibt 2 Fernseher mit Netflix und Prime. Leider ist das Internet nicht so gut, aber das war es auch an "negativem". Cristian war immer leicht erreichbar. Meine Kinder haben leider etwas beschädigt, aber Cristian war weder sauer noch wollte er Geld. Ich hoffe er war mit uns genauso zufrieden wie wir mit ihm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danke nochmal für den Parkplatz und die Möglichkeit erst am Abend auszuchecken statt in der Früh. Die Lage ist wirklich toll dort. Man hat seine Ruhe, ist aber sehr zentral.

Gut gelegene Unterkunft direkt am Meer,sehr ruhig gelegen ca40 min mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr bis nach Venedig und nach Insel Murano gut erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen .

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

Tolle Wohnung und super eingerichtet. Nahe an der Bushaltestelle. Wir waren zufrieden und Elena antwortete schnell und sehr hilfreich.

Lovely little apartment very nicely furnished and decorated. Modern, clean, and homely. Withing the old town of Choiggia with easy access to the main shopping street and restaurants just across the footbridge.

Wir waren über Silvester dort und sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Top- Lage und ist einfach perfekt. Eva und ihr Mann sind sehr sehr nett und stehen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Einfach ein perfekter Urlaub.

Cinzia una signora davvero gentile e disponibile. La casa impeccabile e accogliente con tutte le comodita’ per un soggiorno confortevole. Noi eravamo in 4 e un cagnolino piccolo. Tra l’altro, non da poco, Cinzia è davvero pet-friendly. Un po’ come essere a casa. Su via bafile. Insomma, consigliatissimo.

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris de notre séjour chez Paolo car tout ce qui est écrit dans l’annonce est conforme à la réalité. Quand on avait des question il répondait toujours rapidement, il donnait pleins de suggestions pour des restaurants, activités et transports. Au niveau de la propreté c’est impeccable ainsi que pour l’emplacement, un quartier calme et facile d’accès pour aller à Venise. Y a tout ce qu’il faut dans l’appart même des épices :) Le rapport qualité prix est plus que parfait et Paolo est très accueillant et bien intentionné. Si on reviendra à nouveau à Venise, on ira définitivement chez Paolo.

Tolle Anlage , sehr nette Menschen. Die Stadt kann man supergut auch zu Fuß erreichen. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Wohnung war super sauber , bequeme Betten und alles was man braucht vorhanden.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Venise avec ma femme et notre fille de 15 mois. L’appartement est idéalement situé, en plein cœur de la ville, parfait pour découvrir la magie de Venise à pied. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis et vraiment gâtés tout au long de notre séjour. L’endroit est romantique à souhait, idéal pour un voyage en amoureux, tout en étant très confortable pour une petite famille. Je recommande vivement à tous les voyageurs et voyageuses cet hébergement exceptionnel !

Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. Tolle Gastgeber, aber Umgebung enttäuschend Ignazio und Stefania waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und wir durften sogar schon vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit in die Wohnung, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut geschnitten und geräumig. Außerdem haben wir von den Nachbarn überhaupt nichts mitbekommen – es war sehr ruhig. die Wohnung etwas schwer zu finden. Was die Umgebung betrifft, waren wir leider enttäuscht. Es gab keine geöffneten Geschäfte in der Nähe, und das Gebiet scheint kein Tourismusziel mehr zu sein. Der Strand war zudem verschmutzt, was die Freude am Aufenthalt ein wenig getrübt hat. Wer die Ruhe sucht, findet sie hier, allerdings sollte man sich auf eingeschränkte Freizeitmöglichkeiten einstellen
