The Melmont House

Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen. Outside, free access to the large garden, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and vegetable garden.

Quiberville is located on the Alabaster Coast between Dieppe and Veules-les-Roses. Very nice place on the coast where you will find many hiking trails, you can practice sports, kitesurfing, windsurfing, in summer the nautical club is open with boat rentals. In this seaside resort, we find all kinds of shops.

Old renovated photo studio of 90 m2 offering a beautiful ceiling height and a skylight. It is located next to our main house in the middle of a 6500 m2 plot. The decor is vintage, ethnic and bohemian. Lunch in the sun or dinner under the skylight, the house is as pleasant inside as it is outside. Old world charm and all mod cons, a peaceful retreat. 5 mins drive from a busing village with all the commodities. Rented weekly only (Saturday to Saturday during high season) (mid June to end of August)
