Very good stay at Nathalie's. Nice studio, very nice pool and garden. The attention paid to guests such as games and other thoughtful touches for the traveler are very much appreciated. The only small downside may be the bed at the top of the mezzanine accessible with a ladder that's a little steep (may not be recommended for older adults or those with more limited mobility...). Otherwise, I highly recommend it!

We enjoyed the welcome, the availability of our hosts. Their advice, both at the tourist and practical level, was valuable. The apartment was perfectly maintained... everything was very well thought out. Thanks to Catherine and her husband. Great stay!

Charlotte's place matches the listing and photos. The studio is well laid out. Charlotte is attentive to the well-being of her tenants, the accommodation is very clean and was heated when we arrived. They can be reached quickly if you have any questions. Located on the ground floor, it lacks a little brightness, other than that everything is perfect. The bed is comfortable and allowed us to have a good night's stay 👍

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laurent's lovely property and would recommend it to others for a short break. Communication was excellent and he went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable.

Very good stay in Valras. Clean accommodation, bedding, and quality equipment. Basement parking space. Beautiful terrace, spacious. Received.

A big thank you to Lucie... Excellent apartment for 4 people, Tranquility, cleanliness, free parking nearby, city center nearby. Recommended: - Les Grands Buffets 1 km away, to be booked + months in advance, EXCEPTIONAL on all points ... - Les Halles is 300 m away and a stop at Bébelle is a must. - Fontfroide Abbey and its gardens, about 10 km, beautiful. - the Sigean African reserve about 15 km, GRAND, drive of 2 good hours + 1 h 1/2 on foot, many animals on the vast territory. - the monuments in Narbonne. - Carcassonne 60 km away, its ramparts and castle, its cassoulet. The downside, a lot of wind during our stay. Alain & Christine, and their Friends.

Our stay went very well. Luc was available, understanding and attentive to our various questions. The accommodation is clean and as described. The surroundings were very quiet and the lake to visit is nearby and very pretty. We recommend it 100%! Thank you for everything.

Thank you, Paul! It's been a wonderful vacation for us in Roquebrun. Our kids really loved your house. And I did as well - with it's spacious design and its rooms full of natural light. Spring in Occitaine is really nice. The sun has already a lot of strength (although maybe not enough for the pool to be really warm), but still it is not to hot to be active during the day. Hiking and siteseeing (Carcassonne!) are very pleasant experiences in a mild climate. I hope I can come back to this place. Maybe in another season? I wondered how it would be like with all vineyards full of fruit and the vignerons busy getting the harvest. There is so much more to do... Thanks for inspiring and rejuvenating my wanderlust.

we spent the April school holidays with the family at Celine and olive tree , very nice , friendly and very responsive hosts. the accommodation is beautiful, quiet , everything is close by, so ideal for visiting the area . we will come back without hesitation!! i recommend 100%. Amazing location with endless views of water and nature. Denys was incredibly helpful and timely in his communications and he carried a translator which was super helpful with our basic French. The outdoor space had a variety of setups for wind and sun. We could walk or the door for exercise and enjoying spring nature. The vegetable basket from his local garden was so appreciated! A memorable 5 day visit! Merci🦩🦩🦩

We had a lovely time. The house is well-equipped and functional, very nicely decorated and it is ideally located not far from the center and not far from the sea that can be reached on foot.

A great quiet and intimate family stay because no vis-à-vis the neighborhood, we were able to enjoy the pool without disturbing the neighbors, activities around the house but also the village festival. We wanted to thank you for a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We were looking for a quiet place to rest and we are not disappointed. The house is very well located, quiet while being very close to Narbonne. This house is very well arranged to accommodate a large family or several couples of friends by each having our privacy space. The big plus of course is the indoor heated pool, perfect for us because given the period of our stay we were not able to enjoy the outdoor pool. Very well-equipped accommodation. Well located a 5-minute walk from restaurants and shops while being quiet. On this weekend of September 15, there were few people. Pleasant hosting by Carole and her husband. On the third floor, without elevator access.

Very warm and very friendly host, clear instruction, impeccable accommodation, everything was perfect.

Nice rental , at the entrance , lack of stair railings with low lighting from the landing and at the level of the stairs.

Very well located apartment, quiet and close to the sea and 15 minutes from shops. Comfortable bed, large fridge and the air conditioning is appreciated. The added bonus is the secure garage. Thank you
