Village house, 120 m², renovated, on 2 levels, with a quiet, shaded enclosed garden of 65 m² and a garage. Air-conditioned rooms. Located 20 minutes from the beaches and 1 hour from Spain. It consists of 3 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms with toilet. Upstairs, each bedroom has its own private terrace of about 15 m². In the village: convenience store, medical center, tobacco/press, D.A.B., bakeries, Causse clinic 10 min, large buffets 15 min, Sigean 25 min.

Fully equipped accommodation, nothing is missing for your comfort.

You can walk 5 minutes to the Espace Liberté de Narbonne (large buffets, ice rink, bowling alley, swimming pool) Sleeps up to 4 people. This is my primary residence. There are a few things of mine, but I leave a carafe of water and a coffee maker available.
