Vacation rentals with lake access in Velsen

Wir hatten als Familie mit 2 Kindern (11+13 Jahre) 11 wunderbare Tage im sehr schönen Haus von Leonie und Ralph. Alles ist sehr schick und es war sauber bei unserer Ankunft. Ein lieber Willkommenskorb mit Snacks und gekühlten Getränken wartete zusammen mit vielen Tipps zu Aktivitäten auf uns. Wir durften die Fahrräder benutzen, so dass wir gut und einfach in die schöne (Shopping) Stadt Haarlem gekommen sind. Ein Parkplatz für das Auto war in der ruhigen Wohngegend auch nie ein Problem. Zur nächsten Bahnstation waren es nur 10 Minuten Fußweg, so dass man in gut 30 Minuten in Amsterdam sein konnte. Das Wetter erlaubte uns auch tolle Tag am Strand und am Badesee. Wir empfehlen das Haus für einen abwechslungsreichen und entspannten Urlaub gerne weiter.

Alexander and Marijete's place was a delightful place to spend a week exploring Haarlem, and Holland. The house is beautiful and comes with everything you would expect to find in a family home and more. This suited us perfectly, and our Toddler really enjoyed playing with the toys and games which were a great bonus. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, in walking (or biking on the included bikes) distance from Haarlem; with a good supermarket also nearby. We used bikes or bus (bus stop 2 mins) to get into town, which allowed us to connect via rail to Amsterdam in around 20 mins. The other great thing about Haarlem is that it is equally close to the beaches of Zandvoort and Bloemendaal. The beaches are clean and have good cafes nearby; we were luck to have great weather all week so had two days at the beach. Other recommends: Delft (pottery and great fleamarket), Zansee Schans (Windmills, clogs and cheese), Efteling (magical theme park) Amsterdam (lots to do!)

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen. Der riesige, gepflegte Garten ist ein Traum für Mensch und Hund. Die Umgebung lädt zum Radfahren ein. Man wohnt sehr ländlich, trotzdem sind es nur kurze Wege mit dem Rad zum Supermarkt u. zu Restaurants.

Roy's house is situated in a quiet local area, offering a peaceful environment. From the house, it's easy to reach Zaanse Schans or the A10 highway within 5 minutes. The A10 provides convenient access to Amsterdam Noord, which can be reached in 15-20 minutes. We parked our car at P+R Noord, from where we used a GVB day ticket (9 Euros) for our travels within Amsterdam. Parking at P+R Noord is just 6 Euros per day when you arrive after 10:00 am by validating with a GVB day ticket. Roy's house was exceptionally clean and well-equipped, especially with numerous toys that our children loved. Roy was friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to our questions. We were very happy with our stay at Roy's house and look forward to visiting again in the near future.

Wir hatten wunderbare 4 Tage in der Unterkunft. Der Check-in war einfach und unkompliziert. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr nett und schnell. Es wurde jederzeit auf Fragen reagiert. Das Haus ist wirklich toll alles vorhanden was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Das Haus ist Stilvoll eingerichtet und es war sehr sauber. Die Lage war gut, Haarlem Zentrum war schnell zu erreichen sowie verschiedene Supermärkte, die man auch fußläufig Erreichen konnte. Innerhalb von 20 Min. war man mit dem Auto am Strand mit dem Fahrrad ca. 35 min. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen 💛

Soggiorno di 4 notti in 4 con 2 bambini di 3 e 6anni. La casa di Guido è ideale per i bambini che hanno molto appressato il salta salta nel giardino oltre che gli spazi esterni ed interni molto vivibili. Nonostante il circondario sia residenziale il centro è raggiungibile in 15 minuti di tram. Assolutamente consigliatissimo.

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! It was spotlessly clean (not a speck of dust anywhere!), everything had been thought of (including a welcome bottle of bubbles!), it was spacious, and very convenient for public transport....oh, and stylishly decorated! Being close to the train station meant that we could easily get into central Amsterdam, as well as go on day trips to Rotterdam and Zaanse Schans during our stay. Our favourite day was renting bikes in Zaanse Schans for the day and enjoying cycling through the countryside. Very happily recommend this place to others looking for a base near Amsterdam.

We really enjoyed Sabine and Sander's place! It was beautiful and we loved the interior decor and the ability to open many of the windows. It felt super clean and comfy and was exactly as described, and they were super responsive with all of our questions. Haarlem was very walkable with lots of shops and restaurants, and it was super easy to take the train into Amsterdam. We'll miss this place and we would definitely recommend staying! Hope to come back again; highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay! Elton was very friendly and welcoming, making the experience smooth from start to finish. The place itself was lovely—clean, cozy, and well-kept. It was also very quiet, which made for a relaxing atmosphere. The view was absolutely stunning and definitely a highlight. Highly recommend!

Die Unterkunft entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Der Gastgeber hat auf jede Frage umgehend geantwortet. Wir hatten 3 schöne Tage dort verbracht und uns im Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir können die Unterkunft und den Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

I am original from Haarlem and you can't get a better location than Steven's place. The description matches what you get, the rooftop terrace is fantastic, everything is within walking distance and Steven is just a great host. He is very proactive and asks if everything is ok or if there is something you need him to do. For example I asked if he could maybe arrange a bicycle and I had one the next day. He was also very flexible in the checkout/in times. My flight arrived at 9.30 in the morning and I made it to Haarlem around noon, which was no problem.

Le logement est conforme à la description. Propre et bien équipé, l’environnement est joli et paisible. Mike est un hôte de confiance et la communication est facile.

Es war einfach top! Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Sehr schöne Unterkunft, blitzblank sauber, gepflegt. Terrasse und Aussicht ein Traum. So gut geschlafen!! Danke ☺️

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad en genoten van het uitzicht. Het huisje was schoon en netjes en van alles voorzien. Het uitzicht was geweldig. Helaas liet het weer het niet toe maar de mooie momenten hebben we heerlijk op het terras en de steiger kunnen zitten. We logeerden in huisje # 5. Echt een aanrader. Goede bedden en volledig uitrusting in de keuken.

John ist sehr freundlich und die Wohnung hält das, was sie auf den Fotos verspricht. Johnnist immer gut erreichbar und kontaktiert einen auch Proaktiv. Danke John, für die schöne Zeit in deinem Cottage 😊

Coup de cœur pour Edam, le lieu est incroyable, tellement beau , paisible et à la fois si proche de tout ! La maison de Nicolas est très jolie et fidèle à la description, on s y est sentit très vite bien. Nous avons été accueilli par Nicolas qui est un hôte très amical . Nous avons trouvé les gens en Hollande d une gentillesse incroyable . Nous avons visité surtout Amsterdam pendant ses 3 jours mais en réalité il y a tellement à voir qu on compte bien y retourner. La gare routière est réellement à une minute à pied et on peut aller sur Amsterdam direct en 20 min . On ne peut pas régler les tickets de bus ,tram en espèces il faut que les adultes et chacun leur carte bleue ce qui nous a un peu déconcerté au départ. Après les journées de marches intensives arriver sur Edam le soir dans la maison de Nicolas boire un verre dans la cour près du canal était très très agréable.

Such a lovely place to say in a peaceful, friendly village with swimming canal ,all within easy to navigate public transport to central Amsterdam. We had a fantastic time, our host Lonneke was helpful and very friendly. The cottage was very clean and as described. I would recommend staying here.

Angelique war eine gute und freundliche Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns gleich auf der Straße in Empfang genommen, so dass wir nicht weiter nach der Unterkunft suchen mussten. Das Häuschen ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage am Wasser ist wirklich gut. Man hat hier seine Privatsphäre. Auch über die bereit gestellten Lebensmittel haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Die Unterkunft von Sonja ist sehr schön und privat gelegen. Die Möglichkeit durch die Kanäle mit dem Kajak zu fahren war auch toll. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
