Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. We are happy to give you tips on what you can experience in Kassel and the surrounding area.

Basement apartment in Vellmar near Kassel

The small, quietly located basement apartment consists of a bedroom with a 1.80 x 2.00 m box spring bed, a wardrobe, a small desk, and several dressers. There is also a living room with an open kitchen. In the living room, you’ll find a pull-out sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and a TV with satellite connection. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. A microwave, air fryer, fully automatic coffee machine, and electric kettle are also available. Of course, the kitchen includes sufficient dishes and basic spices. A small folding table with two chairs provides a place to eat. The small bathroom, located in the center of the apartment, features a rain shower and toilet. A hairdryer and toiletries are provided. Bed linen and towels are included. Free parking is available in front of the house. Free Wi-Fi is also provided (this complimentary service is not part of the rental agreement; therefore, no guarantee can be given for connection availability or performance). Upon request, it is possible to charge an electric vehicle on-site for a fee.

Neighborhood over the bridge

The apartment was renovated according to ecological renovated from an ecological point of view and has an ingenious indoor climate (clay walls, solid wood floors). It is quietly located and only the sound of the Werra can be heard when the windows are open and lulls you to sleep. From all windows, the apartment offers fantastic views of the Werra/bridge or the old town. The rooms are lovingly furnished. On request: Booking for 1 night and for only 1-2 people possible with additional cleaning and energy package.

Accessible holiday home with air conditioning

Newly built, accessible vacation home of 60 m² with a large kitchen-living room, terrace, bedroom, children's room with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The ground-level house is wheelchair accessible and particularly ideal for seniors, guests with a walker or people with limited mobility. Children are welcome. There is a park across the street and a basketball court nearby. Peaceful location, cozy atmosphere and lots of comfort to feel good. The outdoor area is still under construction.

Ronja's Robber's Cave, 2-bedroom apartment

The 4-room apartment was renovated in April 2024 and equipped as a vacation home for up to 4 people. From this centrally located place, you will be on the R1 bike path on the Fulda in no time. In the village, you can walk to a generation-run inn and enjoy great food with great service. Nearby is also a dairy farmer who has a 24/7 cooling assistant where you can get the best types of milk ice cream. Also eggs, cheese and of course milk. Beware of speed camera on the OE

Apartment - sunny side in the beautiful Fulda Valley near Kassel

The apartment-sunny side is located on the southern slope on the outskirts of Fuldatal Simmershausen. It is a whole apartment (approx. 72 square meters) with balcony (approx. 12 square meters) on the 2nd floor. From the apartment and balcony you have a wonderful distant view to the landmark of Kassel, "the Hercules." The center of Kassel can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car. Bus stops (buses run every 15-20 minutes) can be reached in 5 minutes.

We offer our guests a newly built and fully furnished apartment in the quiet Kassel district of Kirchditmold. This is a lovingly converted attic with a separate entrance, which was recently completed and is equipped by Holzaura. Here our guests will find a living room with integrated kitchen, shower + sink & bedroom. The toilet with sink is located separately in the apartment. Internet access (Wi-Fi) & a TV are provided.

Luxurious house, Barrel-Sauna, Beautiful nature

In the idyllic village Königshagen you will find our beautifully restored half-timbered farmhouse. The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

Maisonette - Converted barn with loggia & veranda

For lovers of an extraordinary and cozy living atmosphere in a green idyll - yet close to the city - with shopping close by. The large country-style apartment on two floors is equipped with many amenities, suitable for relaxing on the large loggia on the upper floor or the covered veranda in the entrance area. But also hikes in the beautiful Hessian mountains, bike tours or boat tours on the Fulda are worthwhile.

The cozy apartment is located in a former farmhouse from around 1900. The apartment has a spacious bedroom with adjoining bathroom as well as a kitchen and an open living and dining area with a total of 42 m². An idyllic patio invites you to linger in the sunshine. There is also a washing machine and dryer available. The central location in the center of town makes it easy to walk to shops and restaurants.

We welcome you to the 40 sqm Schloofschdubb, centrally located in Fuldatal Ihringshausen. Our apartment was completed with a lot of love for detail. Our accommodation has a bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom, a kitchen with microwave, toaster, kettle, refrigerator and various kitchen utensils. Bathrobes and towels are provided. A sturdy Murphy bed (160*200) is available as a double bed. There is a canopy in front of the entrance, where you can stay protected.
