Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre wirklich schöne Lage, die es uns ermöglichte, die Umgebung entspannt zu erkunden und die italienische Lebensart zu genießen, auch die Verbindung per Zug nach Rom Termini (Hbf) war unkompliziert. Stefano und Giulia, unsere Gastgeber, haben maßgeblich zu unserem positiven Eindruck beigetragen. Sie waren jederzeit aufmerksam und engagiert, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen und sicherzustellen, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Ihre Bemühungen, uns den besten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, waren wirklich bemerkenswert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das inkludierte Frühstück, das jeden Morgen eine willkommene Stärkung war. Der freundliche Willkommensaperitif bei unserer Ankunft war fantastisch. Wir können diese Unterkunft für Reisende empfehlen, die eine gut gelegene und gastfreundlich geführte Unterkunft suchen. Frederica was super kind, bubbly, and helpful. The location of this Airbnb is unmatched. It is right across from the beach with amazing restaurants nearby, beautiful views, and privacy and security. We felt very safe and very comfortable here. Our only complaint is that the A/C and Wifi were a bit spotty and you have to pay a separate cash cleaning fee on top of the Airbnb price, but everything else was great. Definitely recommend this place!

Sehr schönes kleines Häuschen ca. 40 Autofahrminuten von Roms Stadtkern entfernt. 2 Seen liegen in direkter Umgebung. Einkaufen zu Fuss ist schnell im naheliegenden Supermarkt erledigt. Kleinere Autos können mit ein bisschen Glück direkt vor der Tür geparkt werden. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Giacomo was a great host, always available and quick to respond. The location is perfect for those that want quiet and tranquility but easy access to the hustle and bustle of Rome City Center (by metro)…. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your home

Breve ma intenso... Ho soggiornato 5 notti nel periodo delle festività natalizie, un soggiorno purtroppo breve ma veramente bello... Verdiana è stata una padrona di casa gentile e disponibile, l'appartamento veramente delizioso , pulito e dispone di un bellissimo terrazzino panoramico la casa è al centro del paese praticamente sul corso principale dove si possono trovare negozi, ottimi ristoranti e le splendide fraschette di Ariccia, dove si può gustare la vera tipica cucina romana, inoltre l'alloggio si trova vicinissimo alla fermata del bus che ti porta nei vicini Paesi dei Castelli Romani e a pochi chilometri ci sono i collegamenti con Anagnina e Roma Termini consiglio veramente questo alloggio ci tornerò volentieri qualora dovessi tornare a Roma

I absolutely loved staying here 🫶🏻😊🇮🇹 Paolo was so friendly and helpful! The apartment has everything you need! The view is so beautiful, you can sit on the balcony for ages! It is so peaceful. Lovely restaurants near by and cafes/shops. It really is a wonderful stay. The pillows on the bed would also so comfy!!! Highly recommend this place.

My wife and I really enjoyed this apartment. The location from the train station is an easy 10 minute walk. Check-in was easy, but we had the neighbor contact Giuseppe and Claudia because we didn't have an active cell phone, but we were able to check-in at 12:30PM and Giuseppe was very hospitable. We took a direct train from Civitavecchia Cruise Port, so no change of train in Rome. We loved staying in Latina Scalo! The small town was fun and convenient for sightseeing in Rome and Naples! We will return in the next few years. Claudia arranged for transportation for us to the airport (FCO) at 5AM, which we really appreciated at a great price! A small Super Market is located 75 meters away. A nice bakery and Cafe across the street. Plenty of small Italian restaurants in the area! Highly recommend this AIRBNB!

Look no further and book this home for your stay in Rome! It’s even better than the photos, and the feeling you get looking at the views from the windows and balcony is indescribable. The Colosseum is a half block away and you can see the top of it from the rooftop patio. The decor was modern yet felt like home, and the hosts were so friendly and responsive. We loved coming back after a long day of walking the city and just relaxing. 10/10!

Where to even start. If I could give 10 stars I would because they deserve every one. Our second day in Rome we lost our passports, wallet, and a phone in a taxi. Sonia’s mother helped us file a police report, track down the taxi driver, and retrieve our passports the next day all while translating and navigating for us. We were SO grateful for her and Sonia! The place was also very nice and looked just like the pictures. It was very clean, there was AC in the bedroom, and close to the bus to get into Rome. This was our first time in a foreign country and we could not have chosen a better location to stay. I would recommend Sonia’s house every day of the week!

Ubytování bylo super a stejně tak i hostitel. Vše krásně čisté, dokonce jsme měli i kafe na pokoji. Danillo ochotně reagoval na dotazy. Berte ale v potaz, že je ubytování vzdáleno asi 30 km od Říma. Znamená to hodinu a půl cesty. Dobře si ohlídejte dopravu. Po půlnoci už jsme si museli brát taxi, protože nic nejezdilo. To je jediné, co bych vytkla. Pokud se ale dopředu připravíte, nebude to problém. I v místě ubytování je krásně.

Un host come il signor Giuseppe è difficile da trovare! Il soggiorno è stato splendido, la struttura ben curata e le indicazioni e le informazioni fornite sono state chiarissime! Un plauso in particolare alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità del signor Giuseppe, ci siamo sentiti come a casa! 5 stelle strameritate!

Vacanza breve ma indimenticabile. Ottima sistemazione. Visitato posti splendidi sia Nemi, che è un confettino, che i dintorni del lado di Nemi con Genzano e il lago Albano con Ariccia, Castel Gandolfo. Siamo stati anche a Tivoli in una mezz'oretta circa a visitare Villa Adriana e Villa d'Este - FANTASTICHE. Ottima cena al Ristorante Le Colombe consigliato da Matteo, così come la colazione al Byron Bar. E per finire, senza saperlo, abbiamo vissuto la celebrazione dei 100 anni della Sagra delle Fragole. INDIMENTICABILE ESPLOSIONE DI GIOIA- Complimenti agli organizzatori. Anche da parte dei miei compagni, anzi compagne di viaggio, un grazie di tutto, è andato tutto alla perfezione. E...sicuramente faremo un pensierino per ritornarci dove la natura, la bellezza, i colori e la cordialità della gente del posto, "esplodono" a 360 gradi. Bello Bello Bello. soggiornato ad Ariccia con famiglia di 6 persone. Tutto come da descrizione dell'host. Posto auto comodo e indispensabile. Vicina al centro, raggiungibile a piedi, con negozi e servizi nelle immediate vicinanze (anche farmacia). Appartamento molto comodo con 4 posti letto più ulteriori due posti letto sul divano del soggiorno. Accoglienza: gentile ed efficiente. Da tenere sicuramente in considerazione

Everything about our stay at Marco’s apartment was perfect. We couldn’t think of any way it could have been better. The outdoor shower got lots of use in the very hot weather. We booked this apartment months ago and it was everything we hoped it would be. The only disadvantage for us is that it is a long way from our home in New Zealand but if we ever return to Rome we would love to come back.

Cristiano was an amazing communicator. He gave us thorough check in instructions and also tips for Rome. We stayed in 8 cities all throughout Italy and this was my favorite! So clean and cozy. I loved the bedding and cute kitchen. Cristiano left wine, biscuits, and tea for us!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is spacious, beautifully designed, and has an amazing view of the sea. One of my favorite features was the large rooftop — it’s green, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Aldo fera parti de nos plus beaux souvenirs de ce séjour à Rome. Depuis que j'utilise Airbnb, c'est la 1ère fois que je rencontre un hôte aussi exceptionnel. Une disponibilité incroyable, de la bienveillance, très réactif sans oublier ses précieux conseils, clés de la réussite de notre 1er séjour à Rome. De plus, sa bienveillance et sa citation "vous êtes en vacances", reflètent une personnalité hors du commun. Le logement est un havre de paix après une journée de promenade où Rome donne mais prend aussi de l'énergie. Tout est pensé pour vivre comme chez soi. Le logement est apaisant et chaleureux. Quartier reculé de Rome, le quartier est vivant mais calme. Tout est à porté de main, les commerces, les restaurants, les bars. Pour les transports, moi qui appréhende le métro, je l'ai utilisé systématiquement avec beaucoup de facilité. La station est à quelques minutes de l'apertement pour rejoindre tous les quartiers à visiter de Rome. Merci Aldo pour tous tes précieux conseils

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Francescas Airbnb sehr genossen! Sie ist eine ganz fabelhafte Gastgeberin, wir konnten uns mit allen Fragen bezüglich der wunderschönen Stadt Rom an sie wenden und sie ist auf wirklich zuvorkommende Art auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gemütlich mit großem Balkon, die Dusche ist nicht allzu hoch (vielleicht 1,85m) und das Bad und die Küche sind im allgemeinen recht klein. Es fehlt aber an nichts und zum Essen gehen hat man sowieso die beste Stadt vor der Haustür. 🫶🏼 🇮🇹

If you are coming to Rome then you won’t go wrong by choosing this apartment. It is exactly as described and the hosts are very helpful, offering to arrange lifts to the airport and there is a comprehensive information pack with lots of recommendations for attractions and restaurants/bars. The area itself has a lovely relaxed feel to it and there are so many good restaurants literally on the doorstep. You are literally a 10-15 minute walk into the centre of Rome and all the attractions. Using the local buses is so easy, just tap the contactless point on the bus and for €1.50 you get 100 minutes to use any of the buses. It was 37c when we were there so it was nice to hop on an air conditioned bus occasionally to get back to the area at the end of the day.
