Cosy apartment with real fire

We stayed at Kristina's place for a weekend with friends and it was a wonderful experience. The house is spacious, beautiful, and equipped with everything we needed: absolutely nothing was missing. The view is simply beautiful, it accompanied us at all times of the day making the stay even more special. A special thank you also goes to the neighbors, Luigi and Ivana, very kind and welcoming people who made us feel really welcome. Kristina was super helpful and kind. We will definitely be back!

We stayed for more than a month in this beautiful little house, very original and charming, which is located in a very quiet residential area of Rome. Everything was perfect in the house, everything was functional and very convenient. Parking is a few meters from the house, within the grounds of the residence. The pool is also very beautiful and very well maintained. We usually travel by car but we also took public transport and it is really very easy to get to the city center by bus. There are many shops, restaurants and services in the area. It is very easy and pleasant to communicate with Ulderico. He regularly checked in with us to see if we were missing anything and if everything was okay. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place 100%.

I recommend this house more than more than more. Especially having stayed in other houses before… and especially Francesca She is friendly, kind, caring. The house is extremely well equipped with sheets, towels, flour, sugar …. Everything you need The pool, the balls⚽️, the sunbathing, the calm, the beautiful garden is very pleasant and relaxing I would definitely stay again and the kids would too. We loved staying at Bruno’s and Britta’s place. The apartment is spacious with a great terrace and an amazing once in a lifetime view of St. Peter’s basilica. The walk to the Vatican is only 13 minutes, however the area felt quiet, very safe, and less touristy than other parts of Rome we visited. There’s a variety of restaurants, supermarkets and other shops nearby. Very good transit links are reachable within short walking distance. Britta and Bruno communicated proactively and thoroughly.

A quiet apartment, at the end of a cul-de-sac, with a large shaded terrace to enjoy meals outside. Alessandra is very attentive. Great for a romantic stay.

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

The place was perfect for our stay. supermarket next door for all our needs, within 5 minutes of connections and buses into Rome. Simon was exceptionally helpful and even sent people to the apartment to help us with something. excellent communication all along. would highly recommend for a group stay. eight of us including two kids and we cooked dinner each night and slept super well. the room with a double and single has an en suite which worked for us. thank you Simone!

Great place to stay in Anzio!

I had a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this property. The home is very clean, spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. The hosts, Gianni and Carolina, are exquisite people who make guests feel welcome. The house has a large covered veranda and a garden equipped with a barbecue, in a quiet and peaceful setting. Everything was in excellent condition and the house was comfortable. A commendation goes to Mr. Gianni who, during this period of such cold days, his attention to detail made a difference. He called me in the morning to inquire about my arrival time and, upon my arrival, I found the radiators on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This pampering did not go unnoticed and made my stay even more comfortable.

Apartment with everything you need for a few days, for a couple, 10 minutes from the subway that takes you to downtown Rome in half an hour. The location is good. Daniela is very communicative and always in touch. We had everything we needed.

The host is very kind and explains in detail how to use the accommodation. It's a wonderful place to stay in nature. Parking was also convenient. ^ ^

Klevin was extremely helpful and flexible as well. My friend and I had an early flight from Dublin to Rome and we were beat. Klevin was on it and already had the place ready and was flexible with the check in time. He provided clear instructions on how to get into the Airbnb and maybe it very easy to find the place. It was clean and pristine, he had a nice set up ready for myself and my three other buddies that were going to stay there and left us a nice gesture of sweets and fruits. I’d definitely stay there again if permitted.

We were delighted to stay at Antonella's place. She was extremely helpful and friendly, eager to ensure we had all that we needed. She has good English too.

Sabina's place in Pigneto was the perfect home base for our trip. She is a responsive and generous host, and always available to help! We were very comfortable in her spacious and inviting apartment, with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Everything was very convenient--the Metro station and a good grocery store are two minutes away, and Pigneto has bars, restaurants, parks, and a lovely neighborhood feel, away from the most intense tourist zones. I couldn't imagine a better place to stay in Rome! Thank you, Sabina! I hope I can return, someday!

The house is equipped with everything and more. In addition to the classic accessories found in many (but not all) accommodations (hairdryer, iron, drying rack, kitchen accessories...) here there is the world... hair straightener, immersion blender, thermal bag for the beach, food containers, anti-insect bite stick, Xbox😲... Every time we needed something, it was there! The house was very clean, the garden was wonderful with a hammock to enjoy the cool evenings. The barbecue area is equipped with everything. And last but not least, everything you need for the beach: umbrella, deckchair, beach towels. There are not many shops but there is everything you need and a stone's throw away, including an ice cream parlor and a restaurant that's not bad. The sea is not very close but easily reachable in a few minutes by car (free parking not difficult to find) or with the electric bikes made available. Mauro and Vladimira were two delightful people, present but discreet. I'll definitely be back.

The house had plenty of space, 3 bedrooms, modern kitchen and a beautiful yard. Garage parking was a bonus. The location was peaceful and private with easy access to highways to airport and Rome. The house is a bit dated but still in great shape, overall great value for money. The host was extremely responsive especially with very late night checkin instructions.

I stayed in Giorgia's apartment with my family at Christmas time. The apartment was clean and organized in every detail. There are cleaning products, personal hygiene, and basic products in the kitchen. There is a beautiful terrace equipped with everything to stay outdoors and from which you can partially see the sea. A small manicured garden where you can leave the car parked completes the apartment. The staircase to access the apartment is also comfortable and illuminated by lights that are activated during the passage. I highly recommend it.
