We really enjoyed our stay at David's home. It was centrally located to our planned activities and pretty private. A few things came up but the hosts were very responsive. All in all, we had a wonderful stay!

Spacious and bright apartment, in a perfect location. We visited all the main sights on foot. A wide range of restaurants nearby. Piazza Cavour parking is close and very convenient. Very pleasant stay!

Very friendly greating and an attentive host who was very accommodating with an early check-in. The apartment was nice and clean, well equipped and very centrally located. There is air conditioning and fans which was a nice surprise. Please note because you in the 'heart' of it all there is a a quite lot of noise (ear plugs were provided if required, and they helped very much) that goes on till late, also, with there being numerous restaurants in the square there can be a lot of cooking smells, (fried onions particularly noticeable), if you don't mind either of these things then I can highly recommended this accommodation and I would stay again. All in all we enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and had a wonderful time!

Very nice apartment for 6 people with lots of room. Good location, 15-20 bus/metro from main attractions. Shower pressure is not great, but understandable for building.

A real treasure in the heart of Rome! Right behind the Imperial Forums, on a street that is quiet and filled with history, this apartment is so cute and is perfectly located! Francesca is a great host who goes above and beyond to make sure her guests have a fantastic visit. We stayed last year and rebooked for two weeks this year. We hope to always stay here on our trips to Rome and recommend that you do too! :)

The place at Ladi's in Trastevere was just perfect! The apartment is equipped with everything you need, very clean and cozy. The location couldn't be better – right in the middle of charming Trastevere, but still quiet. The absolute highlight is the beautiful courtyard, a small green oasis in the middle of the city. Ladi himself was also particularly great: he welcomed us warmly upon arrival and made a small tour of the neighborhood – with lots of personal tips on his favorite shops and restaurants. That was super helpful and totally nice! Absolutely recommend – we would come back any time.

We had a lovely 6 night stay at the apartment. It is well appointed and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, love the firm mattresses. The host was very responsive and kind. We could walk to everything, didn’t need to take the metro or cabs! Lovely restaurants nearby. The alley way had some foot traffic at night and early am, but was probably quiet in relation to most other streets. The upstairs bedroom is quieter than downstairs one. Overall this was an excellent stay for a mother and daughter and we would return!

We had a wonderful time here! It’s so easy to get the train in to Rome from the local train station (we drove but you could walk) and it’s not much for a ticket. There isn’t a lot to do in the area but we spent so much time in the house that it didn’t matter. The pool was so lovely and we spent a lot of time in there, especially the children! There are lots of comfy seating, especially on the balcony. A perfect place to sit with a book. The place is huge and has air conditioning in all the rooms except one, where there is a fan. The beds are very comfy!! I would recommend staying here!

Simona is a wonderful host and her house is a jewel on top of a hill with absolutely spectacular panoramic views of mountains and valley! We had such a wonderful time and built some great memories. The house itself is so beautifully decorated and every nook and corner is amazing. Simona is super friendly and helpful with everything and ensures her guests are living in absolute comfort as if they were staying in her own house! We had such a great time in the beautiful garden that we didn't leave the house on first day at all! Absolutely recommend this place and so grateful to Simona for ensuring we had a perfect holiday in stunning Italy! Can't wait to return back soon!!

It was a family riunione for Christmas. Everyone had an enjoyable time and the house was perfect.Danilo is a great host and it was a lovely surprise to find the Christmas decorations. I would love to repeat the experience and recommend it.

We had a wonderful time at this house! The place offers a truly authentic Italian atmosphere – a huge, charming, and warm house with a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding nature. The location is peaceful, providing ideal conditions for a getaway, though it's worth having a car to easily reach the beaches. The nearby beaches are absolutely stunning, clean, and – importantly – not overcrowded, so you can spend entire days there in peace. Additionally, the local restaurants serve delicious food, with local specialties at the forefront. Both the owner and the people taking care of the house were very helpful and always available. All in all, only positives, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful vacation in this apartment with my family. The apartment has exceeded our expectations from every point of view. One of the highlights is definitely the ample outdoor space, ideal for relaxing and for children to play safely. The rooms are very spacious and complete with all the necessary materials, making the stay comfortable and worry-free. Air conditioning was a real relief on the hottest days. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the sea, allowing us to easily explore the area without having to move too far. But what really made a difference was Paola's welcome and support, which was exceptional from the first moment. We felt really welcome and assisted in our every need. Raffaele and Jojo were friendly. We enjoyed meeting them. So helpful, so kind and cheerful. The space is large great for gatherings, the grounds are beautiful, the rooms and beds were so comfortable.
