The stay in Elena's apartment was very good. She is talkative and told me places to go eat. She was very friendly and helpful, and the spaces were as described. I would not hesitate to recommend it to other travelers.

Pablo’s apartment was exactly as described—compact yet perfectly suited for two guests. Its location is ideal, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the metro station, making it convenient to explore the area. The building is equipped with an elevator, which made access to the apartment easy and convenient. It also felt safe and welcoming, with other residents who were notably friendly and helpful. One of the highlights of the stay was the balcony, which offers a stunning view of Gran Vía and truly enhanced the overall experience. My stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. Excellent location and place, they were attentive to us and any questions, we only had an issue with the hot water on the first day but everything else was excellent!

We had a great time in the apartment. Bedrooms were very nice as well two bathrooms were sufficient for a big group. Perfect size for big group. Great neighbourhood as well!

Everything is very good, the house has everything you need to have a good vacation, it is a spacious and well-decorated house in which they have put a lot of love. Communication with Puia was perfect, and she always provided solutions to everything. A 10-star place, highly recommended.

Apartment in very good location. All kinds of amenities as soon as you leave the building. Everything was very clean. The kitchen had everything you need for a two-week stay. We really enjoyed our stay at Fran and Isabel's flat. It's a very nice place, cozy and perfectly equipped with everything needed to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The location is excellent, close to everything we need, and with easy access to the main points of interest. The hosts were very helpful and kind, always willing to help with any questions or needs. Although we were not very lucky with the neighbors, who were a little noisy at some point, this did not tarnish our experience. Very well located apartment in the neighborhood of Malasaña. Very bright, spacious, comfortable and clean. The hosts gave us very accurate directions and were on the lookout for our stay. Very good option.

The apartment is very nice but its excellent location is the best part. Shops, restaurants and many things to do super close. Also you enjoy walking in the area. Pretty quiet for so much outdoor activity. Definitely worth it.
