Ema and Katrina were great hosts! They went above and beyond to help us during our stay. They booked a great boat tour for us and even arranged our transportation to the airport. The apartment itself was even better than the pictures. Very spacious and in a great, walkable location. Highly recommend!

This apartment was perfect. The space was clean and very spacious. Location was absolutely perfect right on the edge of the South Gate entrance. Communication with Kristina was also great and they gave us great advice and information. Would recommend to anyone, one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Thanks 🙌🏽

Ljiljana varışımıza kadar iletişim halindeydi ve net bilgiler sundu. Erken varmış olmamıza rağmen kolaylık sağlandı. Konaklamamız esnasında hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Konumu oldukça iyi ve teras manzarası olağanüstüydü. Önündeki deniz biraz soğuktu, belki kaldığımız dönem itibariyleydi. Genel olarak Horizonti plajını tercih ettik denizi daha sıcak olduğu için. Araç için kendine özel otoparkı olması, doğal ile iç içe olması, budva merkezine 15 dk olması, taş ev olması sebebiyle gündüz serin geceleri sıcak olması, harika manzarası sebebiyle kesinlikle memnun kaldığımız bir konaklama oldu. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Kısa süre kalmamıza rağmen kendimi evimde gibi hissettim. Mükemmel bir gün doğumu ile uyandım. Sedat Bey tüm süreç boyunca her isteğimize hızlı bir şekilde dönüş sağladı. Her şey için çok teşekkür ediyorum.

Borisov predivan apartman pružio je meni i deci osećaj kao da smo kod kuće. Prelep park ispred sa sadržajima za decu. Bar je najlepši grad Crne Gore. Boris divan domaćin.

Loved our stay in this incredible apartment! My worries about tourists noise was quickly squashed because the window insulation is amazing. I slept so well. What a unique and cool place to stay inside a walled city. The apartment is impeccably updated with every detail imaginable. Really well done compliments to the host! I would return again in an instant.

Our host Gordan was absolutely fantastic. He helped organise taxis and a local boat trip, which was a highlight of our holiday. The apartment was beautiful and in a great location, close to numerous restaurants and bars. The view from the balcony in the apartment was stunning. Only a 15 minute stroll along the waterfront to the old town of Kotor. Overall we had an amazing stay and we highly recommend Gordan's apartment.

We had a wonderful stay here as a group of 5 adults. The beach is so close so it was great to have a dip in the water each morning. The marina is beautiful & full of great restaurants & bars. It’s a lovely walk along the seafront. Would definitely recommend this place to stay, fantastic location & hosts.

Ado's place is perfect for us to relax before heading home. Right along the coastline where the first thing you see when you get out of the property is the Bay (Just to clarify, you cannot see the Bay inside the unit). It's very peaceful and yet within 15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Abundant restaurants and even some markets to dine and shop. Ado also recommended a fish market for us to buy fresh catch. It's a must visit place if you love to cook seafood and drink wine. We arrived very late at night, so it was a bit nervous driving the narrow coastal road with cars parked on both sides and without street lights. But Ado was kind enough to have his daughter waited outside for us. The bathroom was a bit tight and the water heater capacity was small, so if you are a group of four and want hot showers, you will have to space yourselves or take quick showers. We got used to it the second night :) All in all, it was a splendid stay. Thank you for everything, Ado. Best to Bo-Bo too.

Our stay in Albert's house was fantastic. The house is right in the middle of the Old Town, and being amongst the old buildings and narrow passages our room stayed a comfortable temperature even on hot days. Albert and his family were very generous, and always helpful. The balcony had incredible views down to the sea. I would recommend to other guests to ask Albert for advice on where to park near to the Old Town.

Z całego serca polecam to miejsce ponieważ można się tam poczuć wyjątkowo komfortowo. Zdjęcia nie oddają nawet do końca piękna tego miejsca. Apartamenty zostały przygotowane z najwyższa starannoscia, otoczenie jest urokliwe, dostępne są wszelkie niezbędne udogodnienia. Miejsce jest niezwykle urokliwe, zorganizowane w taki sposób aby każdy mógł poczuć się swobodnie. Jest bardzo czysto, obsługa codziennie dba o czystość całego ośrodka, jest bardzo pomocna i miła. Na miejscu dostępny jest piękny basen z komfortowy mi leżaka mi, parasolami, prysznicem i toaleta tuż obok. Wszystko zostało wykonane na wysokim poziomie. Gospodarze to przemili, uczyni i otwarci ludzie, każdego gościa witają z nie bywała serdecznością, są pomocni w każdej kwestii, doradzą w zakresie lokalnych restauracji, atrakcji. Do morza zaledwie 7min spacerkiem. Gospodarze to przemili, otwarci ludzie, sprawia, że poczujecie się u nich naprawdę dobrze! Polecamy z całego serca zarówno dla par jak i rodzin z dziećmi!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The views were utterly stunning! Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful with recommendations and went out of his way to help in any way he could. There’s a lovely pool but just round the corner we found a lovely secluded pontoon and area where we enjoyed several wonderful hours taking in the most glorious of views. You must go up the cable car and walk to Bar 1360(?) for light lunches and drinks and if you can stay for the extraordinary sunset view, do. For a bit of a treat go to Moments restaurant - completely delicious food, live music (not the terrible stuff you often get, but good soulful stuff with singers that could sing. We indulgently went twice! We also hired a boat through the Airbnb and it was just fantastic - so beautiful! Loved, loved, loved our whole experience in Kotor. Thank you for treating us so well!

Very nicely welcomed by Momo into this very nice place just on the lake He also arranged for us diner reservation next door and a small boat excursion next morning This only drawback is the noise of the trains passing by behind the appartement Maybe the price to pay for such a great location with great service

Świetna lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko. Fantastyczny widok z dużego tarasu. Mieszkanie w rzeczywistości ładniejsze niż na zdjęciach.

The apartment was great. Location is right next to the restaurants/ beaches and Old Town ( 4 min walk). EACH room has AC , which is a must if you travel in the summer. Beds are very comfortable. The building has its own restaurant and reception. They call the taxi if you need. Milos is very a helpful and accommodating host who responded to questions promptly and clearly. Thank you for a great stay!

Havre de paix dans baie magnifique. Hôte très accueillant et disponible, explications simples et claires. Photos et équipements données sur le site exactement conformes à la réalité. Vue du balcon superbe et apaisante sur la baie, avec couché de soleil garanti (1er étage du logement). Logement très propre, bien équipé et belle surface pour 4 personnes (1 chambre lit double avec sdb+ 1 chambre 2 lits simples avec sdb). 3 à 4 places de parking disponibles devant la maison. 1 minimarket à proximité, 1 restaurant -bar (sur réservation car très prisé). Petite plage à côté du restaurant, en béton-rochers dans baie peu profonde, à 20m du logement. Prévoir une voiture car logement à 15min-30min des points d'intérêts, mais idéalement placé car en retrait des foules. Très bonne adresse.

The apartment itself is spacious, airy, and spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for me was the breathtaking view from the balcony. No photos can truly capture how stunning it is. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the swing or watching the rain roll in, the view is absolutely mesmerizing. The host was always available and responded within minutes whenever I needed assistance. This place exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect, peaceful retreat. You won’t find a more welcoming space or a more considerate host.

Nous n’avons passé qu’une seule nuit dans le logement mais nous avons adoré ! C’est encore plus beau en vrai, nous avons assisté au levé du soleil depuis le balcon à 5h du matin et ça a été magnifique. Nous avons aussi adoré observer les oiseaux sur le lac grâce aux jumelles présentes dans l’appartement. Le lit est très confortable. Ardit nous a aidé pour obtenir un taxi pour rejoindre l’appartement et il a toujours répondu très vite à nos questions. Je vous recommande de passer une nuit chez lui, encore merci ! ☺️

Evin konumu boyutları ve manzarası çok iyiydi ancak odalara sinmiş ağır bir sigara ve küf kokusu vardı. Biz gelmeden önce yeterince havalandırılmamıştı. Yemek masası ve mutfakta ışık yetersizdi ve havlular oldukça eskiydi ve yetersizdi. Bulaşık makinesi bozuk olabilir çünkü bulaşıklarımız iyi yıkanmadı hepsini tekrardan yıkamak zorunda kaldık. Yine de Marija’nın yardımları ve rehberliğinden çok memnun kaldık. Tavsiyelerini değerlendirdik ve hepsi çok iyiydi.

Highly recommend staying here for your own slice of beautiful Budva old town! The location is PERFECT and instructions made it easy to find. It's on the smaller side but perfect for 1 or 2 adults. The outdoor patio is lush and I loved drinking coffee there in the mornings and wine at night. Would definitely stay again, really relaxing place.

Great apartment in the center of Tivat. Great location, there is a grocery store, cafes and restaurants nearby. Also, the apartment is located between two beaches, you can decide which one to go to today. Possibility to check in yourself. Very clean and quiet apartment, the kitchen has everything you need. Boško was in touch during my stay and asked if everything was okay. I can safely recommend the apartment. I have never regretted choosing this apartment. Прекрасные апартаменты в центре Тиват. Отличное расположение, рядом есть продовольственный магазин, кафе и рестораны. Так же квартира находится между двух пляжей, можешь сам решать на какой идти сегодня. Возможность заселиться самостоятельно. Очень чистые и тихие апартаменты, на кухне есть всё необходимое. Boško был на связи во время моего проживания и интересовался всё ли в порядке. Смело рекомендую апартаменты. Ни разу не пожалела, что выбрала именно это апартаменты.
