The semi-detached house is fully insulated and built and furnished from the most sustainable building materials possible. There is air conditioning, infrared heaters and a wood stove. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with brand-name appliances, so the house can be comfortably inhabited all year round.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, just 5 minutes from the Old Town Budva. The apartment has a beautiful view of Budva Bay. It is situated in a family house, which has a garden with a lot of various plants and trees. The apartment has its own separate entrance. It is always cleaned and before new guests arrive. There are many restaurants nearby and several popular beaches. Also, there is a big market very close to the apartment. The parking place is located right in front of the house.

Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.
