Nous avons passé 11 jours merveilleux à Bigova, un charmant village de pêcheurs. Un grand merci à Jovan et Milka pour leur gentillesse et bienveillance tout au long de notre séjour. Leur accueil est vraiment un très agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter la côte et profiter des nombreuses plages. Je recommande à 100 %

Super nice villa on the hill above Budva. Great view of the city. Reachable by car or taxi, doable. Great pool (with lights for in the evening), bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Everything is clean and nice. Would definitely recommend! The host Marija is wonderful and they have arranged airports transfers very good. 10/10 would recommend.

We recently stayed at an incredible accommodation on Ada Bojana, and it was nothing short of perfect! The location is simply breathtaking, nestled right by the Bojana River, with the beach just a short drive away. The natural beauty of the area, with its peaceful surroundings and pristine coastline, made for a relaxing and serene getaway. The accommodation itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a great balance of rustic charm and modern convenience. I especially loved the outdoor terrace, where I could enjoy my morning coffee while watching the river flow by. The sunsets here were truly magical! One of the highlights was the exceptional hospitality. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, this was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful natural setting, I highly recommend staying here.

The housing was super nice and we felt immediately at home. It’s super spacious and has everything you need. Allda answers almost immediately and is very helpful and kind. It was a really nice stay in would recommend. Would come again.

מרטין בא לפגוש אותנו במרכז וירפאזאר והוביל אותנו בכביש ההררי המפותל עד לבית. פפה ומרטין ארחו אותנו בנדיבות וברוח טובה. וכבדו אותנו בגבינה ומאפה הומייד , ירקות מגן הירק ומשקה ראייקה משובח. הנוף מדהים. המארחים והבית מלאים בהסטוריה של המקום ובמידע לפי הצורך. מתאים למי שמעוניין במיקום מבודד בטבע. קרוב במרחק כרבע שעה מאגם סקאדאר ומוירזאפאר. הדבר היחיד שהפתיע היה שאין מזגן בבית ולא קלטנו מראש. עם זאת נראה שלמעט כמה ימים חמים בשיא הקיץ, אין צורך במזגן וניתן להנות ממיזוג טבעי של אויר הרים צלול. המארחים היו נעימים וזמינים לכל צורך.

The house that the owners offer is really wonderful. The house is huge, has absolutely everything and is perfectly equipped, apart from that, the big grill and games room are impressive. The house is in a great location, on the sidelines away from the noise, with a great view (beautiful sunsets). In this house we felt like ... at home. Contact with very nice owners without any problem and at any time. It was the best vacation so far. It's just a pity that it was so short. I recommend it with all my heart.

Nikolas house was a great destination! It's really spacious and it was very clean in all rooms. Especially the kitchen was very well equipped if you are planning to cook for yourself. It also has a nice balcony and a parking lot in front of the house to park your car on privat ground. Nikola was very quick and friendly responding my messages. He also offered to organise a boat tour for the Skadar lake (which is very beautiful and close by). Entering the house was also very flexible, because you can just take the keys out of a locker at the house. So we really had a great time at Nikolas house and could definitely recommend it!!

Budvada gitmek görmek isteyeceğiniz her yere yakın samimi bir konaklama sağlayan ev sahibi ile de öne çıkması boş kalmaması gereken bir ev. Bahçe çocuklu aileler için mükemmel. Çocuklarınız salıncağın ve kaykayın tadını çıkarırken siz de yanlarındaki bankta kahvenizi içiyorsunuz üstelik hemen ardından 10 dakika yürüyüş yaparak old townda gezebilir sahil havası alabilirsiniz. Her konuda yardımcı olan ve her an cevap bulabileceğiniz insanlar ile konaklaması her şekilde zevkli bir yer. Her şey için çok teşekkürler.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Boljevići, Crmnica! The house was just as stunning as the pictures show, with a lovely garden and surrounded by nature. It was spacious, cozy, and offered the perfect setting for relaxation. The location is fantastic—very close to Skadar Lake, where there are endless hiking trails, opportunities for boat cruises, swimming, and fishing. There are also local restaurants nearby, and the seaside is just a 15-minute drive away. Danilo was an exceptional host, always available and happy to recommend activities and places to visit. Overall, the place was a great value and definitely worth the money. We’re already looking forward to returning next year!

Balsam für die Seele. Ein Ort der alles vergessen lässt. Als wir ankamen wurden wir sehr herzlich von Oleg und seiner Frau begrüßt. Oleg und seine Frau sind zwei wundervolle Menschen. Sie haben uns die Wohnung erklärt und es gab frische Wassermelone zur Ankunft. Oleg sendete uns Tipps und Restaurants in der Umgebung was sehr hilfreich war. Zum Ort: Eine Architektur keines gleichen und sehr schön anzusehen. Die Wohnung die wir bezogen, war perfekt. Sehr komfortabel, sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Umgebung um die Anlage ist atemberaubend schön errichtet.Alles scheint in die Natur eingeflossen. Der Zugang zum Wasser ist privat und ermöglicht einen ruhigen Aufenthalt. Es ist alles in einem einer der schönsten Orte die wir besucht haben. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Oleg und seine Frau.

Predrag’s family is super kind and friendly. His parents came outside with a bottle of red wine and showed us welcome to begin this incredible experience. What’s more, they have two cute cats that accompany and play with us all the time, which is so lovely! The view is much more than the posted pictures, we can see the infinity sea wherever in the house! Can’t imagine how wonderful it will be sitting at the balcony and have some wine in summer! Private parking is also possible. The point I love the most is here is not busy and crowd like the town. Here has a huge area for you to play and explore!

Had a great stay at the apartment, it looks exactly like the pictures, the view is stunning, the pool area is great and we really enjoyed the spa facilities. We visited in April and as it’s out of summer reason we noticed a few of the beach restaurants hadn’t opened yet, but we walked further up the beach, heading in the direction of Budva and loads were open. We also walked to Budva most days, at first with children we thought that might be quiet a walk, but it’s so beautiful and loads of places to stop along route we really enjoyed going that way. There are many supermarkets near the apartment too, so we found it easy to grab food for the stay too. Would recommend.

We had the most amazing time at Villa Old Castle! There were six of us in our travel group and we reserved the entire castle for our five-day stay. Filip and his family were incredibly kind, and helpful, and went above and beyond when they made us a traditional dinner and shared their homemade grappa and wine with us. I highly recommend booking the entire place for your stay if you can. We loved having the castle all to ourselves. The pool area and restaurant on the main floor were great areas for us to gather all together, and the separate apartments gave us our privacy when we needed time to relax on our own. Filip and his family were phenomenal hosts who went out of their way to make sure we had an excellent stay.

This is a beautiful property with countless little touches that show it was crafted with care. The location was exactly what we were looking for—up in the hills above the sea, but not so far that it’s impractical to go down to sea level. The road up to the property is ~1.6 km long with an elevation gain of ~160 meters. The road is two lanes wide the entire length and easy enough to navigate. The property has 3 flights of stairs: 1 outdoors, and 2 more inside. The layout is 1 room per floor, which allows for more privacy within the house than you would have from a single-floor layout. The master bedroom on the top floor has a beautiful view of the sea and a luxurious bathroom with walk in rain shower and jacuzzi bathtub. The couch on the second floor is very large and very comfortable, and the kitchen on the bottom floor is very well equipped. Since there were only two of us, we did not use the second separate bedroom above the garage.

Das Haus war wie beschrieben wunderschön. Wir waren mit 3 Familien dort und waren alle sehr zu Frieden. Bäckerei, Obststände und einen kleinen Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Latif war immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Nur auf den Straßen von Montenegro war nur Stau. Von A nach B zu fahren war sehr anstrengend. Leider gab es abends sehr viele Mücken.

Meine Familie, insgesamt 7 Personen waren bei Liubov zu Gast. Die Villa ist fantastisch, 4 Schlafzimmer , 4 Bäder, eine große Terrasse und eine Pool. Die Lage ist super, zum Meer geht man einige Stufen, der nächste kleine Strand ist auch fußläufig. Zum einkaufen oder essen gehen braucht man jedoch ein Auto. Die Aussicht von der Villa auf das Meer ist grandios. Wir waren 12 Tage zu Gast, es wurde einmal die ganze Villa gereinigten, die Betten frisch bezogen. Die Handtücher wurden sehr oft getauscht, man muss keine Badetücher von zu Hause mitbringen, es ist alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin ist immer erreichbar, sie hilft sofort bei den kleinsten Problem. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder bei Liubov buchen:)

STUNNING Airbnb ! Great size rooms, with lovely bathrooms for each room. Heating was perfect for such a big home, had everything we needed and property management was always there to help when required. It was my 30th birthday and they gave me wine, flowers and had a birthday cake made for me which was a lovely touch. Everyone that looked after us was amazing and really sweet. Breakfast was nice however would have liked more options , nevertheless the chef was an absolute STAR! The fridge was stocked with drinks that you can pay for e.g Fanta, coke, beer, water, .which was great as we hadn’t gone food shopping yet. We did have issues with power cut on the first night due to solar panels however it got sorted in the morning right away and caused no further issues during our stay. Honestly I couldn’t recommend this place anymore ! Location is a little far from where we were going however it’s a really peaceful and private location. Felt very safe! Would love to return and stay here again

Провели на вилле 8 прекрасных ночей. Дом расположен в очень тихом районе города. С прекрасным видом на море, вечером можно любоваться закатами. В пешей доступности находятся несколько пляжей. До старого города 10 мин пешком. Всем рекомендую посетить этот прекрасный объект. Отличный хозяин, все рассказали, дали инструкции по досугу в Ульцине. Остались очень довольны.

Just got home from a fantastic stay at Agim’s place. We were over with 8 family members all different ages to celebrate my mums birthday and everyone absolutely loved the space. The pool area is amazing all the outdoor spaces were. We stayed in the back apartment they are both similar size. All amenties you will need for a long or short stay, the owner and his wife were lovely people the communication was flawless and fast, nothing was too much hassle. Thank you for a great stay if ever we are in Budva we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We used taxis some nights to get up to the place but a lot of the time we walked it’s a little bit up but more than doable even for elderly

Ich war Ende Juni mit fünf freunden in der Villa Nera von Sonja und Neno. Ich kann nur absolut positiv über die Unterkunft und die Gastgeber berichten. Die Unterkunft war meiner Meinung nach, noch schöner als es auf den Fotos rüberkommt. Die Gastgeber Sonja und Neno sind jederzeit erreichbar, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Der Ausblick den man in der Villa hat ist einmalig. Wenn man sich einen Mietwagen mietet kann man auch innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten alles in Budva erreichen. Selbst wenn man mal mit dem Taxi in die Stadt fährt, bezahlt man auch nicht die Welt. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und sind uns einig das wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen wollen. LG Luca
