Vacation rentals with beach access in Veliki Pijesak Beach

I had an incredible experience staying at Misha’s property! The host Mirko was an amazing—kind, understanding, and hospitable. Truly one of the nicest people I've ever met. Throughout my 30-day stay, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He was always available with great recommendations, from entertainment to nearby restaurants and shops. He updated me on what was happening around the city. Super reliable and attentive! I’ll absolutely recommend this place to friends and family and will visit again.

We absolutely loved our time at Sava’s place. Great location with phenomenal views, we loved having breakfast and reading on the balcony every morning, watching the boats coming and going. The apartment had everything we needed, definitely needed the aircon! It is in a great location. The Old Town is in walking distance 25min ish, we always enjoyed the walk (there isn’t much pavement so just be aware of the traffic, they often give you a little honk just to let you know they are behind). We enjoyed taking a quick swim in the sea just outside (although a little cold). If you are into walking there is a walk up to Vrmac fort and Sveti Ilija just down from the apartment which we really enjoyed. Plenty of restaurants to choose from some on Muo side and others in the Old Town. Shops also in walking distance too. Sava was friendly and communicated quickly with us throughout our stay. An amazing place to stay, highly recommend, hope we can come back!

Лучше любого отзыва скажет тот факт, что вместо изначально планированных пары дней мы в итоге пришили здесь больше двух недель. Великолепное место, с шикарным видом (намного лучше чем на фотографиях), близко до пляжа и ресторанов. Уютная чистая квартира с большой террасой, быстрым интернетом и важной для нас , как для пары особенностью ( которая не упомянута в описании) - приватность. Тараса удачно закрыта деревом и конструкцией здания, так что вы можете спокойно наслаждаться видом без постороннего внимания. Большое спасибо Борису и его маме за прием! Мы отлично провели время здесь и будем с теплом вспоминать этот отпуск. 10 из 10 ❤️

Great value for the price! + amazing views from the terrace + friendly and welcoming family who live on the ground floor (can provide you with a meal upon request - we enjoyed their home-made food) + clear instructions on finding the place + equipped for cooking a simple meal + grocery store IDEA quite close * keep in mind car is a must in this area

wat hebben we een heerlijke tijd gehad. met mooi weer en een mooi uitzicht. wat wil een mens nog meer. vaak heerlijk gegeten bij il Galeone. wat een vriendelijke mensen. en wat een heerlijke cheesecake maken ze!. de familie van Ali is echt supervriendelijk. willen je overal mee / bij helpen. we zijn iets eerder vertrokken vanwege de reis weer naar Nederland. die wilden we iets relaxter doen. ik typ dit vanuit Oostenrijk nu. echt een toplacatie hebben jullie Ali!

Wir waren Ende September für eine Woche hier. Wir bewohnten das mittlere Appartement von 3 übereinander liegenden. Man hat einen wundervollen Blick auf's Meer. Es war ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Touren, wandern, paddeln am Skardasee, Strandtage am endlosen Sandtrand bei Ulcinj. Leihwagen ist Voraussetzung. Direkt neben der Unterkunft befindet sich ein kleines Restaurant mit leckerem Essen. Beachten, ab 1. Oktober schließen die meisten Restaurants, Saisonende! Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. We had a great stay here. It was central , close to great bars and restaurants but also very quiet and peaceful. Communication was great and we felt very safe.

We had such an amazing time at Zeljko's house. He is an amazing host, was very reliant and took great care of us. The house is very beautiful and quiet, with a great view and even access to a garden. We couldn't have found a better place in Montenegro.

Great place with beautiful surroundings. The sea front terrace is very spacious with plenty of seating options and tables. We spent a lot of time hanging out at the place having a very chill and relaxed vacation. Not much to do in the nearby area and never really tried the restaurants (except Pomodorino with great pizza!). Also nice bakery close by for breakfast. Stairs to the sleeping area a bit steep if you’re older of have trouble with your joints, not a problem at all for us however. Highly recommend!

Wir hatten zwei tolle Nächte in der Unterkunft. Ihre Terasse und der Außenbereich sind einfach nur traumhaft. Wir konnten uns gar nicht satt sehen an der tollen Aussicht von Vögel, Pferden, sogar ein paar kleine Schildkröten konnte man neben dem Haus beobachten, wie sie den Berg hoch und runter wandern. Die Kommunikation mit Nikola hat super funktioniert, er hat alles getan, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Und das haben wir. Danke :)

Drago was communicative & even though he was away for the day his lovely mum was very helpful and warm in check in. Location was close to the old town (bare in mind it's on a hill so roads are a little steep on the walk down) Apartment was very clean and balcony spacious.

Enjoyed my stay! Jovana organised her dad to pick me up which was very nice of them! Great views, clean and well equipped only thing is like much of budva its up a very steep hill so anyone with reduced mobility would struggle

Hostess is a really nice person. We couldn't speak English but it made this more interesting proving that people can understand each other with smiles and gestures. :) We had big space, fantastic Skoder lake view and feeling of privacy. Very recommended place, especially with children as hostess offers her garden to eat fruits (cherries were fantastic). Aldis thanks for breakfast. Our family will have the best memories about this place.

We've been to a few places around the world, but this accommodation had one of the best vibe. From the terrace, you can see the Adriatic-sea and the mountain almost right behind the house. The house is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable and there are 3 bathrooms, which is very parctical, when you are with friends. The host always answered quickly, was helpful and flexible and gave us useful tips. You can find a seafood restaurant within a 3-minute walk and plenty of restaurants within a 15-minute drive. Budva is close to the accommodation by car, you can find everything you need.

it's a very nice place, large enough for 2 people. It's in the old town but close to bus station. The bedroom has the view of the old city wall and the harbor, which is very nice. the bathroom equipped with wash machine, although has no dryer, the heated towel rack does the job.

Appartement was very nice, very close to the water. and the vieuw outside the window is like a chefs kiss. The host is very nice, friendly and responsive!

Parfait. Un peu loin de kotor à pied. Mais nous avions la voiture. Un peu tout terrain mais ensuite c’est parfait. L’appartement est top. Merci.

Great location and very comfortable bed. Walking distance to everything in old town. Room was lovely and cool (amazing aircon) and terrace had a beautiful view. We were allowed to check in early and Nikola was very responsive and helpful with recommendations. Would stay again!

Tertemiz bir konaklama ve güzel bir tatil deneyimi sundular. Özellikle ön geniş balkon çok kullanışlıydı zamanınızın büyük çoğunluğunu balkonda geçirdik diyebiliriz.

Very cute place right in the middle of old town. Was worried about noise but the windows block it from the street! Would stay again!

This is just hands down a beautiful place to stay. I was impressed by the level of detail in the decoration. Krsto is a great host and very swift in communication. I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants an extraordinary stay in Kotor.
