Arriba hay un dormitorio con baño en suite, terraza con vistas a la montaña, Salón con chimenea y dos sillones-cama. Abajo hay otro salón-comedor con cocina americana y estufa de leña. It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.
