The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes.
