Our holiday home is located at the bottom of the border triangle of Austria, Italy and Slovenia. This allows you to enjoy the best of three countries Our house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garden, balcony and heated swimming pool from the end of April to mid-October. In winter, we have 1 locker on the slopes exclusively for our guests.

We rent a unique 80sqm cottage with two separate bedrooms for a total of 5 people, with a fully equipped kitchen, terrace, bathroom and living room. Shared use of our large garden and pool (not fenced, supervision of children is required) is possible at any time. We have a great location close to Italy/Slovenia, the city of Villach, many lakes, mountains and ski resorts. Dog available - Pets on request.
