The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. The apartment has just been restored and prepared with a lot of love. It's waiting for you!

Spending the night under the open starry sky? Or sunbathe in the bed? Yes, of COURSE! Just go out with the bed and enjoy the breathtaking view in the terrace! It's all possible We did not build an entire chalet village, just a single, extraordinary, beautiful & cozy chalet at 1150m above Arriach, with unobstructed views in 3 directions. A stylish sauna with a picturesque view completes our Unterkircher Chalet.

Stelzenhaus in Schiefling am Wörthersee

The felt studio on stilts offers a spacious bedroom/living space to the west as well as a bathroom with bathtub. Highlight is a wood-fired extra stove . The single bed can be extended to a comfortable double bed (160 cm) There is also a small cooking facility and a fridge. A sink is not provided and the dishes can be done in the bathroom.

Clay Cottage with Lake View

The brand new cottage is located in a peaceful area, 10 min walk from the lake Bled (swimming area). It has been made with natural materials such as wood and clay which makes it a comfortable and a healthy stay. There are free scotters available for you to use. Parking is free in front of the house.

Cozy apartment, close to the lake and the center

I rent my apartment on the second floor of our house near the center of Velden (5 min. walk to the lake and into the village). You will have the whole floor to yourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with cooking basics such as organic coffee, tea, pasta, sauce, oil, and spices.
