Large and beautiful property in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house was very clean, has a nice layout and had everything we needed. The private pool has the perfect size. The checkin was in person and went very smooth. We really appreciated the orange trees in the garden. Highly recommended!

Alexander's place was perfect! We felt right at home. The house has everything you need for cooking, nice large TV, patio for outdoor dining, it's very close to a really lovely beach and all amenities, supermarkets etc...overall a fantastic stay. highly recommended....thankyou!

A magnificent place both beautiful and cozy , despite the day that went sunny but with sun left us to the pool and barbecue of course that I recommend it and a pity not to see state longer

BRILLIANT STAY, stop looking and book this 😊 Lots to highlight about this apartment and the host Agustin. From beginning to end it was faultless. On meeting, Agustin showed us around and explained everything, he really took his time and gave us some really good recommendations for places to visit and where eat. The location was great, easy walking access to the city centre, market and beach front. With one of the tram station just outside the front of the building and lots of bus stops nearby, moving around was so easy and really cheap transport too. The apartment, was really clean and had everything we needed and more. It was 6 of us (4 adults and 2 children) and the apartment was very spacious. We didn’t think we would use the washer and dryer and yet they came so handy. Agustin was really attentive of all of us until the very end and his kindness did not go unnoticed. We will definitely be back. Thanks Agustin

Maria and her family are endlessly sweet, kind, and helpful with us. The apartment is well equipped, accessible and has a nice view of the sea from the terrace. There are many wonderful beaches on the seafront of Torrevieja. The apartment is separated by a street from the nearby beach. There are also many cultural; leisure; sports opportunities in the city for active relaxation. We were in town for Easter week. Everything was wonderful! Thank you Mary for a wonderful experience We ❤️ will definitely be back ❤️

My friend and I spent a month in a stay hosted by Laura. We were in Alicante for a work placement, Laura and Dani were the perfect hosts!! We couldn't have hoped for better. Dani was so kind and considerate to us all the time❤️ The living environment was just right. Close to shops and restaurants, good public transportation, but the nights were peaceful and there was no noise in the apartment from the streets. Laura always responded to us right away and made sure we had a great stay on🙏🏻 all sides, I recommend😊 Thanks Dani and Laura🩷

We had a great stay at this apartment. It’s a beautiful apartment with amazing sea views. It’s close to the beach, and also has a tram stop very close by. Alicante is only a few stops away. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We would highly recommend.

One of the nicest and uncomplicated host I ever met! The flat is amazing!! If you go to Alicante book this Airbnb!!!, that’s the place to be! It’s located in the old town, nicest area in Alicante! A WONDER. Great weekend with the family on an estate with large spaces, very cared for, animalistic and many things for the little ones. It's highly recommended. Josefa and Natalia had a very fluid treatment with me. Both here and on the phone and it's been a good time to spend here this week holy. Advising us with supermarkets, food sites, bakeries always very friendly. if you are looking for a large and beautiful house but with different stays it is undoubtedly the estate you are looking for. Children's area, several kitchens, many refrigerators, 2 barbecues, 4 coffee makers, slide, swing, elastic bed, animals, pool, etc. I just have to thank you from all my family. We felt right at home. 1 very strong hug

We stayed as a group to play golf locally. Location is good next to Alicante golf course but also central for other courses with good road access. It is close to the tram for the short trip into Alicante. The house is very well equipped, well provisioned and very clean. We had an extremely enjoyable stay with no complaints and would have no hesitation in staying again. Estefania was very helpful and friendly. Despite our flight being late arriving she was extremely understanding.

The villa is exactly as described, open plan and up to date. Everything is available and in good order. Unfortunately one of our group decided (unknown to me) to smoke in his bedroom. Phil respectfully pointed this out, I really hope he was able to air the room and remove any traceds of said person's irresponsible actions. All in all I would highly recommend this villa. One very small point would be to point out that if any of your party suffer from mobility issues, they may find the climb from the road to the apartment challenging. Fortunately that was not a problem for our group.

A wonderful place to come and visit. Very well equipped to cook at home, great facilities inside and out. Very peaceful, not overlooked. Their mobile app told us everything we needed to know. We were met in person when we arrived and when we left. Really recommend this place for everyone that’s visiting this area.

We had a wonderful time at Jason's villa for a large family get away. The villa is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could possibly need to keep a large party entertained for a week. The pool and games rooms especially were brilliant, and the children loved the play room. Jason was very friendly and knowledgeable, he gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants. Most importantly he really went above and beyond in making us feel welcome and making the holiday feel special; helping us to organise a wheelchair for one of our party and dropping it off, treating us to a wonderful Paella. This is next level hosting and we can't thank Jason enough. We would come back again and again.
