Comfortable accommodation, large pleasant and bright studio with sea views. The city center is accessible on foot quite quickly, especially very pleasant by the sea. Isabelle is very responsive in short we had a lovely stay at her place and in St Palais in general.

Well-located and well-equipped accommodation, convenient for a few days on the Royannaise coast. Timothy was at our disposal and accommodating throughout the stay.

Great stay as a family with 2 small children, Valérie and her spouse welcome you with a smile and kindness, which is a change from most "key box" rentals. The accommodation has been restored and tastefully decorated, everything is clean and functional, with many amenities. We'll be back with pleasure!

We had a wonderful weekend at Olivier's. We were hosted very well, in person, in this accommodation close to the train station and close to the beaches of Royan. Everything was spotless, Olivier was very accommodating. The small garden is super nice, for eating outside or playing a board game. There are all the amenities inside, real separate bedrooms. I would this place without any restrictions.

Great location, the sea a few meters away… the parking is very popular and the quiet of the residence. Very comfortable bedding, bed made on arrival and towels included. The washing machine is also a plus. We really enjoyed the spirit of our hosts and the accommodation.
