Small cozy cottage in Hemfjällstangens cabin area with proximity to cross country ski tracks, scooter and hiking trails. To Lindvallen and Klippen ski resorts, it is about 15 minutes drive. The cottage is 38 m2 on a shared plot with another cottage that is also rented. The cottage can accommodate: One bedroom with two single beds. A living room with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and TV corner (sofa bed that becomes 140 cm wide). The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower.

This is a peaceful home in a 1800 - speech cottage on the edge of the forest. Wood-fired sauna. Fireplace in the large kitchen. Two extra beds in the kitchen sofa bed. So 10 people can sleep well. There are many nice footpaths and bike paths. 10 min to Klippen ski tracks and slopes. 20 min to Vasalopp start. Summer time 3 km away, there is a very nice and newly built FREE swimming area with 25 meters pool. Mini golf, etc. 5 minutes to Lima's Skiing Stadium with nice cross-country tracks. Unwind in this individual and quiet home. A smaller gravel road leads you to a dead end street where Forsstugan awaits with a view of Västerdalälven. Enjoy the tranquility but with proximity to it all the more eventful mountain. Depending on what mountain you want to like, after a 20-30 minute drive you can take part of the mountain's all offerings, to return to Forsstugan's quiet nook and warm up in front of the fire. In summer you have walking distance to the popular Äråbadet.
