The cottage is beautifully located in quiet nature and despite the pleasant feeling of undisturbed location you are only 5 minutes away from Lindvallen center with everything from ski slopes and experience swimming to shops and restaurants. Gubbmyrens cross-country track is located only 100 meters from the house with loops in 5, 7 and 10 km. The cottage with nice mountain architecture is perfect for those of you who are looking for a comfortable accommodation with room for the larger company.

Dream location in Sälen with best ski in/ski out location. About 20 meters to the illuminated hill with a panoramic view of the mountain! The place has what you need for your excellent mountain stay. Suterränghus on three levels, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sauna, fully equipped kitchen and spacious social area on the middle floor with direct exit to the patio, panoramic windows and beautiful view of the mountain. The accommodation is located above Sälfjällstorget which offers restaurants, shops and ice skating rink.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place to stay. Here you will find the tranquility and proximity to nature. On with the cross-country skiing or hiking boots and head straight out on the prepared trails. If you want it more fast-paced you will find Lindvallen only 15-20 min away. There you will find everything you might need for a fast-paced holiday such as downhill skiing, downhill, paddle, cinema, adventure swimming, spa, gym, yoga, etc. After a day on the slopes, you can sit in the sauna and enjoy the peace.

Mountain house for those looking for that little extra!

Warm welcome to our nice semi-detached house in top condition. Large deck and views towards nature by new area next to the Gubbmyren. Completely secluded. Nice cross-country tracks at Gubbmyren, within walking distance. Lindvallen's ski slopes and shops are 3 km, where there is a large Ica store, shops and restaurants. We rent to attentive people only. You should be over 25 years old, animal- and smoke free. No party gangs. Here the whole family gets space and can enjoy and hang out. Cost of departure cleaning applies.

Det är bara att sätta på sig skidorna och åka ut i Karinbacken. Från Karinbacken är det lätt att ta sig till Lindvallens största backe; Gustavsbacken. Städning ingår. Linnepaket finns att hyra samt uppbäddning av säng. Det går på 150kr per person (ungefär €14) och det innehåller 1st kuddöverdrag, påslakan, underlakan, stor och liten handduk.

Newly built with amazing views

Fully newly-built apartment (part of semi-detached house) late February 2023. Located on a turning level which gives the feeling of being secluded in a nice way. Large glass sections with no direct visibility. Stunning views over both Tandådalen and Hundfjället. A home that is suitable for families with children as well as adults. Travel cot, high chair, babysitter chair for the smallest and various toys are available to borrow. Cleaning is done by the rental guest.

Cozy cottage with high standard

Have fun with the whole family and friends in this two level cottage with high standard. Ski tracks around the corner and the ski bus runs the area. It takes 7 minutes by car to Hundfjället and Tandådalen. During summer and autumn there are wonderful hiking trails in the nearby area. Lots of recreational activities with cycling hiking and berry picking. End the ski day/hiking day with a bath in the spa bath or a lovely sauna bath.

A cozy cabin entrance is framed by snow-covered ground, with warm light glowing from the interior. Double doors open to reveal a welcoming space, complemented by frosted windows. Icicles hang from the roof, adding to the serene winter scene.
