Free wifi, hot tub, 3 meters from water, quiet and nice, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, floor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning should be done before you check out and should be thoroughly done, for example, vacuum, dry the floors, dust the bathroom and the kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included to the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

Small cozy cottage in Hemfjällstangen cottage area with proximity to cross-country skiing tracks, snowmobile and hiking trails. To Lindvallen and Klippen ski resorts, it is about 15 minutes drive. The cottage is 38 m2 on a shared plot with another cottage that is also rented. The cottage can accommodate: One bedroom with two single beds. A living room with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and TV corner (sofa bed that becomes 140 cm wide). The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower.

Here you can relax and let your soul rest. The forest is close by and the mountains are within a reasonable driving distance. Berries and mushrooms in the fields when it's the season for this. There is a rowing boat and wood for the fireplace. Bathroom with shower and sink. Outdoor toilet outside the cottage. Full working kitchen. One double bed in one bedroom. In the sleeping alcove there are four beds and in the kitchen a sofa bed. A fantastic living room decorated in the old boathouse. A wood-burning sauna right on the edge of the lake.

The cottage is beautifully located in quiet nature and despite the nice feeling of an undisturbed location, you are only 5 minutes away from Lindvallen's center with everything from ski slopes and adventure pools to shops and restaurants. Gubbmyren's cross-country ski track is only 100 meters from the house with loops of 5, 7 and 10 km. The cottage with nice mountain architecture is perfect for those of you looking for a comfortable accommodation with room for the larger company.

Welcome to stay in our nice guest house, which is located between Malung and Sälen, about 200 meters from highway 66. Approximately 15 minutes' drive to Kläppen ski resort, 30-45 minutes to the remaining ski resorts in Sälen and about 25 minutes to the start of the Vasa Race. In summer, there are also good opportunities to ride MTB on our nice trails and maybe take a dip in the heated pool Ärobadet, where there is also an outdoor gym, playground, sauna, etc. only 5 minutes by car. The cabin has 3 floors and is equipped with all conceivable comforts, such as a stove, outdoor hot tub and sauna. The area is peaceful with cross-country ski trails nearby. From the cottage you have a wonderful view of the Sälen valley and ski slopes. A 5 min drive or 25 min walk takes you to Lindvallen with Sälen's largest ski area, grocery stores, restaurants, aqualand. There's 600 meters to the ski bus.
