Welcome to rent our newly renovated vacation home located between the Nortjärnarna in Evertsberg. Here there is the possibility of both activity and rest all year round. In summer, there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, and berry picking just around the corner. Or why not find bargains at any of the flea markets in Älvdalen and the surrounding area? In winter, there is the possibility of downhill skiing in Sälen, about 45 minutes' drive away. Closer slopes are Kläppen and Gopshus. For cross-country skiing, the Vasaloppsleden trail is about 200 meters away.

Small cozy cottage in Hemfjällstangen's cottage area with proximity to cross-country ski trails, snowmobile trails and hiking trails. To Lindvallen and Kläppens ski resorts, it is about 15 minutes' drive. The cottage is 38 m2 on a shared plot with another cottage that is also rented. The cottage accommodates: One bedroom with two single beds. A living room with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and TV corner (sofa bed that in the bedded position is 140 cm wide). The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower.

The cabin dream - with its own sauna

Enjoy quiet days in a cozy cabin with a brand new wood-fired sauna, perfect for relaxing after trips in the mountains or a day on the slopes. The cabin is large (109 sqm), spacious and open. The surrounding area has good hiking conditions both on foot, on skis and by bike. There is an opportunity for hunting and fishing. Right outside the door there is a well-developed network of well-prepared ski slopes. There is a short distance to the alpine facilities in Trysilfjellet (25 minutes) and Sälen (35 minutes). Here you have proximity to activities in summer and winter.

Janisgården in Lima

This is a peaceful accommodation in a 19th-century cottage on the edge of the forest. Wood-fired sauna. Fireplace in the large kitchen. Two extra beds in the kitchen sofa bed. So 10 people can sleep well. There are many nice walking paths and bike paths. 10 minutes to Kläppen's ski trails and slopes. 20 minutes to the Vasa Race start. Summer time 3 km away, there is a very nice and newly built FREE swimming area with 25 meter pool. Mini golf etc. 5 minutes to Limas Biathlon Stadium with nice cross-country skiing trails. Firewood is available to buy from us.

Stuga Malung/Sälen

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Here you really live in peace. The cottage is located in Malungsfors, 10 km north of Malung. You have 40 kilometers to Kläppen and 60 kilometers to Sälen village. Outside the cottage, the Västerdalälven river flows, which is known for its nice fly fishing in the summer. A very quiet location at one end of the village. The house is only surrounded by 3 summer homes. Full standard in the household, new municipal sewage and water in 2022 and new water heater in 2023. Stove with high coziness factor.

Hus vid Klarälven – nära Branäs och Långberget

Welcome to our cozy and fresh house. Newly renovated finishes in 2024 in a large part of the home. New beds, mattresses, duvets, pillows, etc. Branäs ski resort 7 km, Långberget cross-country skiing 12 km, Trysil ski resort 90 km, bathhouse 500 m. Fishing, scooter, biking, skating, hiking. The house is located 20 meters from Klarälven, perfect if you want to fish. Down by the river we have a nice private barbecue area (only for your tenants). Firewood to burn is included! If you're lucky, you'll see the moose, they're often visiting 🫎

Detached cottage with sleeping loft, 73 sqm/loft 21 sqm (newly built in 2020), in a quiet area with easy access to some of the clip's cross-country tracks. Ski in/out via transport road if the nature snow is sufficient. (The cottage number is 805, which is located on the facade when you arrive at Förarvägen 5) Transport lift/ski path: 200 m to ski road 40* 8+2 beds (3 x 160 cm and 4 x 90 cm wide) divided into 2 bedrooms + sleeping loft Smoke/Animal -free cabin. Cozy cottage in the valley at Branäsberget, 200 meters from Klarälven beach with room for up to 6 people. Perfect for hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, kayaking and as a base to discover northern Värmland and its amazing nature! The cottage is newly renovated and extremely well planned with two bedrooms, a large loft, kitchen with dishwasher and living room with TV and bluetooth speakers. The bathroom has WC, shower and a cozy sauna. Outside the door is a terrace in the west with sun from midday to late evening.

In the surrounding area there are several lakes and nice fishing waters, the opportunity to pick berries and mushrooms, hike or why not take a trip up to "Rännbergs Toppen" (hiking trail up to a nearby mountain peak)

You can call it whatever you like: digital detox or an offline holiday – this is the perfect place for it! Watch ice floes drifting down the river, enjoy the fine sandy beach in summer, or take a canoe trip along the water. Go forest bathing, search for woodland spirits and fairies... every season has its own special charm! The bright house, built in 2018, is modern and designed for year-round use. A private drinking water well as well as exclusive fishing rights are, of course, included.
