Waterfront vacation rentals in Västernorrland County

We found Maria and Kent absolutely the best hosts, treated us more like long lost friends. We hope they come to visit us in Australia soon You really need your own transport to get there, we came by train but Kent offered to pick us up from the train station. Next day he took us down to the COOP shop for groceries but it didn't end there he also took us on a tour of the surrounds he is genuinely so proud of the piece of paradise where he lives. On our last day Maria took time off work to drive us back to the railway station. The location is stunning right next to Gissjo, the lake, lovely birch and fir trees all around. All around the lake you see the lovely Swedish farm building and dazzling green fields. Fransta, the township/village looks over Ljungan, a great waterway parts lake parts river. I would rate this place as a must see for any nature lover.

La zona es muy tranquila y perfecta para descansar. La casa estaba limpia, tenía muy bonita decoración, equipada con cosas que superaron por mucho mis expectativas. Las camas increíbles para descansar. Linnea fue muy atenta, fácil comunicarse con ella y pendiente que todo saliera bien. Sin duda recomiendo este lugar y pronto regresaremos.

Perfekt läge mitt i stan. Nära E4:an så naturligtvis hörs trafiken. Hade varit bra med mörkläggande gardiner i sovrummen.

Trevligt värdpar som erbjuder ett boende som har allt för mina behov och dessutom med vacker utsikt och närhet till Sidsjön med stora grönområden.

I had an excellent experience during the month I rented this house. It was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location is convenient and the neighborhood is quiet. The host was attentive and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

Ett mycket trevligt boende som passade ändamålet. Tina är en otroligt bra värd som verkligen gör sitt yttersta för att vistelsen ska bli så bra som möjligt. Hon ställde upp med både det ena och andra som hjälpte oss när vi stötte på problem. En riktigt bra vistelse där värden gjorde sitt yttersta. Kan man ge 6 stjärnor?

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne und erholsame Wochen in diesem zauberhaften Haus verbracht und das Leben abseits der Zivilisation genossen. Das Haus bietet alles, was man benötigt. Wenn ihr aber Luxushotels gewohnt seid, dann ist das hier nicht das richtige für euch. Da wir seit Jahrzehnten mit Rucksack und Zelt unterwegs sind, war dieses Haus aber für uns der pure Luxus. Danke liebe Åsa und Anders das wir eure Gäste sein durtften und das ihr diesen Traum mit uns geteilt habt. Wir hoffen, das wir bald einmal wieder kommen können und dürfen. Alles Gute für euch und eure Familie.

Supertrevliga och tillmötesgående värd(ar), hjälpte oss tre fiskesugna att hitta runt bland de lokala fiskemöjligheterna. Boendet var väldigt mysigt och hemtrevligt. Rekommenderas.

Mattias is truly one of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve ever encountered. He’s incredibly flexible and genuinely cares about his guests. We’ve stayed at his apartments multiple times, and the experience has always been top-notch These are probably the best accommodations in Härnösand and I can say that with confidence, having stayed in most of the options in town due to my work!

Huset var toppen att utgå från när vi gjorde Höga kusten, bra avstånd till mycket. Lite slitet men mysigt och funktionellt. Mycket bra och trevlig kommunikation med Gabriella och Fredrik som snabbt ryckte ut när vi hade strul med duschen, vilket åtgärdades snabbt. Plus för altanen där vi åt alla middagar, badtunnan och studsmattan för barnen.

This is a unique house in a unique location. It's hard to describe, you have to experience it. There is a fantastic restaurant called Kajkanten at the local port (5 min. walk). The pasta dish was the best ever. The host Linéa is such a lovely person. Highly recommended.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche bei Frank und Monika verbracht. Frank und Monika waren äußerst hilfsbereit, immer zu erreichen und konnten einem richtig gute Tipps geben. Dank den Beiden haben wir ganz besondere Momente genießen können. Mann merkt den beiden an, dass sie mit Leidenschaft bei der Sache sind. Die Unterkunft selbst entspricht voll und ganz den Bildern. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber sehr gemütlich und es fehlt an nichts. Sowohl das Haus, als auch die Gegend sind Entspannung pur. Das Gesamtpaket war das Beste, dass wir auf airbnb bisher erlebt haben. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
