Patio with table and chairs, barbecue area overlooking the lake and trampoline for the children in summer. By the lake, there is a wood-fired sauna for rent and a rowboat to borrow. Bed linens & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked. A cabin for 2 is also available for rent.

The guest house "Gittes guesthouse" is located in Häggvik, in the heart of the High Coast. The small house is a stone's throw to the jetty and about 150 meters to the marina. On the front, there is a small balcony in a sunny location. In the house, there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. Basic kitchen equipment is available. TV is available with access to Telia's "big package." A Chromecast is also available for those who want to stream from their mobile. WiFi included.

Welcome to Toppstugan on scenic Storholmen outside Sundsvall/Alnö. The island has rich nature and exciting history as a coastal fortress. Three cannons are today preserved on the island. The cottage has three rooms and a kitchen with a living room, two bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The view is unbeatable with sea views both north and south. Transportation is by own boat or booked boat transport with us. Price: SEK 300/person round trip Storholmen-Spikarna. Time as agreed with us. Possibility to rent a boat for SEK 250/day

Something happens to us when we take the time to just be. Living a somewhat simple life for a while without having to give up all the comforts, for that matter. Letting go of everyday worries, putting your phone away, and allowing yourself to be enchanted by your surroundings. Lighting a fire, canoeing, looking out over the water's edge from the edge of the bed as even the beaver can swim by sometimes, boil coffee and cook over an open fire. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August 2027 only booking Sunday-Sunday.
