My stay at Rosani's house was a very pleasant experience. The house is simple, but very cozy, perfect for those looking for a quiet and comfortable place. The location is excellent, on a quiet and peaceful street in the municipality of Miguel Pereira, RJ, ideal for resting and enjoying the surrounding nature. The host, Rosani, was extremely attentive and polite, always ready to help and ensure that our stay was as pleasant as possible. I was impressed by her willingness to meet our requests and make our experience even better. I highly recommend it for those looking for a quiet retreat, with quality service. Certainly, if I return to Miguel Pereira, it will be one of my first accommodation options!

It was a pleasure to stay at Walquiria's place. The property accommodated us very well. In addition, the location is very practical for those who like to walk. The house is very close to Rua Torta, with good dining options just a few minutes' drive and easy access to the town centre. The neighborhood is totally residential and we feel very safe. Our stay was very quiet and Walquiria was helpful to our needs. We had an unforeseen event before our arrival and she was very understanding. That made a big difference. It is noteworthy that she was always very cordial and full of empathy. We missed the top sheets, as they only had those of elastic that serve to cover the mattresses. Vale rethink the supply of bath towels. But, we knew this wasn't included. Another detail is that on sunny days the house really gets very hot, even with the windows and doors open. Regardless, our stay was wonderful.

The house is in a great neighborhood, quiet and close to the center. The space is very nice, cozy and well equipped. We found everything very well maintained and clean. The hostess is very kind and the contact with her flows very well. We hope to return!

Julia is a great host, responds quickly and was helpful. The house is very good if you want to rest with your family, barbecue and enjoy the pool. It was quite private and comfortable, especially for having air-conditioning in all the rooms, this was a differential for my reservation.

The house is very spacious and comfortable, ideal for those looking for family rest. One of the rooms has a private bathroom, which was a differential. And a surprise because it's not in the description. The bathroom, by the way, is excellent, with a shower stall that prevents water from spreading, making cleaning easier and keeping everything organized. During my stay (June), the weather was super pleasant, which made the experience even better, with the house always fresh and cozy. We had great family moments. The living room TV had a streaming platform provided by the host and Wi-Fi internet. Rafaela was an amazing host, she welcomed us with great affection and made us feel very comfortable the whole time. Undoubtedly, when I return to Miguel Pereira, I want to have the opportunity to stay here again, because it really is a wonderful option. The property is extremely clean, airy, beautiful, exactly as in the listing, the kitchen has utensils and appliances that make the stay easier. The apartment has a lot of personality, it is new and comfortable. I will point out just one detail, which is not a criticism of the property, as I understand that it is about preserving the aesthetics, but I DID NOT pay attention to the photos and maybe other people won't pay attention, just like me. The apartment is on the fourth floor, and even has an incredible view of the forest, but for those with children it is necessary to be very careful because the windows do not have a safety net. Our stay was extremely peaceful and satisfying. Thank you 🙏🏽

Very thoughtful. Cozy apartment, comfortable and located in the center of Valença.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos, it accommodated me, my husband and my 1.5 year old baby very well. Everything is extremely clean, the bed and bath linens are so fragrant!!!! Perfect location, we did everything on foot even with my baby, almost next door there is a good bakery for breakfast and downstairs there is a great pizzeria, super approved pizza! And despite having an establishment downstairs, the apartment is super quiet, we don't hear anything from the street, very quiet. We left the car on the street of the police station, which is almost in front of the entrance of the building, and it is also very quiet. Beatriz, a dear, answered everything with attention, clarity and sympathy, always very fast! Definitely when we get back we already know where to stay! I highly recommend it!!!!

Location is amazing, the best option for those who want to stay close to 16 de Março and walk around the city. We were able to walk to the museum, the crystal palace, Rua Tereza, bars and restaurants, and it was the ideal stay for those who want to have access to everything without needing a car or app. The apartment is a gem, everything is organized, clean and has what is needed. The shower could be better, for those who like hot water you have to open it a little, but nothing that negatively influences my experience. I would definitely go back there again, I highly recommend it for a two-person stay!

As for the location, it's perfect for exploring the Union Industry on foot. Good restaurant options just a short walk away. Ana is an excellent host. I recommend it!

The first impression I got of the place was tranquility and beauty at the same time, something I was looking for to relax, and when it came to the apartment I had a welcoming feeling, because it is a very well decorated space, impeccable organization, in addition to a surreal cleaning... everything was in great condition. Finally, about the location is very privileged, easy access to all the city's tourist points, outside Quitandinha itself that offers several activities to do while staying in it, super recommended with eyes closed. Ah! I loved the buttery biscuiters and the banana lycor, welcoming.
