The Flat is beautiful, very well decorated, functional, well equipped to meet our needs, all very tasteful. Everything is very clean, the bed is very comfortable. There's good shopping around. I really enjoyed staying at this location. I found an excellent cost benefit. Regarding the hosts, they were always helpful and very kind.

Space exactly as advertised. Although compact, very cozy. All very well cared for, new and functional. New, high-quality appliances that meet all needs. Host Eder promptly responded to the needs. Quiet and quiet place where it doesn't even seem to have neighbors. The only observation I make is that the place is ideal for those who have their own vehicle, as it is in a high part, but surrounded by green. Strategic location to get to the center and to the sights for visitation in very little time. Anyway, we really liked it and I assure you that I would come back again.

I stayed two nights with my daughter and my husband. The couple is extremely kind and attentive, responding quickly and giving us tips on what to do around. The apartment is organized and fragrant, the condominium is quiet and safe. The details of the apartment show how careful they are to welcome guests. Wi-Fi works well and there are utensils and appliances available. I loved the reception and recommend the accommodation for those who want to meet Miguel and Paty with peace of mind. We visited several sights on foot.

Dulcineia was always attentive to my messages. She was super receptive and welcoming even though I arrived late. The place is new, clean, pleasant. It has all kitchen items if you want to cook. The apartment is wonderful, very well situated and you have the possibility to do everything on foot. Despite being on the third floor , you don't feel the stairs. Host is very kind and super requested in communication. I felt a lot at home and sure if you want to explore Miguel Pereira this is an excellent option . All very clean , airy and organized . Excellent weekend stay. The apartment is great and has plenty of natural lighting. The building is very close to the city center, which allows you to leave your car in the garage and enjoy everything on foot. Our host, Marcelo, welcomed us with open arms. Sensational!!

The accommodation is even more beautiful than in the photos! It exceeded expectations! Clean environment, very tasteful decoration, located in a neighborhood very close to the city center, 5 min by car, and it is certainly possible to walk there as well. The condominium has a lot of green space, a swimming pool and plenty of room to relax or for children to play freely. We were with two children and they enjoyed the space a lot. About the host. Luís was very helpful, always available to answer any questions, facilitated the entire check-in and check-out process and gave us several tips to better enjoy the city, including the best places to eat. We love our stay. I highly recommend it!

Great accommodation, everything clean, organized. We bought breakfast items at a nearby grocery store. There was an electric pan, coffee maker, sandwich maker and minibar. Impeccable shower. Inside the condominium itself, there were some restaurant options. Close to shopping with a variety of stores. We will definitely be back. The host, Gabriel, also made us feel very comfortable.

My stay at Rubens' property in Itaipava was excellent! The environment was impeccably clean and very well cared for. The location is great, quiet and at the same time close to the main points of the region. The condominium's amenities perfectly met expectations — everything was very organized and functional. The bed and bath linens were clean and fragrant, providing even more comfort during the stay. A special detail was the treat left for guests, showing affection and attention to detail. Claudia helped us with everything we needed, very nice, the Flat is well equipped, cozy, clean and a great view of the pool, as for the structure of the condominium, not to mention, a good pool, kids space, restaurant, pool bar, game room, and there is also the water park Aldeias das Águas, I recommend visiting, we loved the stay and will certainly return!!!!
