The apartment is wonderful, very well situated and you have the possibility to do everything on foot. Despite being on the third floor , you don't feel the stairs. Host is very kind and super requested in communication. I felt a lot at home and sure if you want to explore Miguel Pereira this is an excellent option . All very clean , airy and organized . Only compliments and the certainty that I will soon be coming back. Congratulations , you are a 1000 note host👏🏻

We were made to feel very welcome! Luci and her husband are very kind and left us even a little Easter present at the check in. Luci, always willing to help, removed all our doubts. The house was spotless and has a great location! When we return to the city, we will definitely stay in the same location!

We decided to go to Miguel Pereira at the last minute and when I saw Rafael's apartment I was delighted. Arriving there and the beauty of the condominium surprised me, the place really is very beautiful. The apartment is super cozy and everything was clean. Note: clean and fragrant bed linens. We made our breakfast on the outside stove and it was super quiet. The view from the room is magnificent, you can see the garden and the pool. I intend to return and stay longer to enjoy the calm of this place. Rafael was helpful and responded promptly when we needed to.

The space is great, very welcoming. Very well located, close to everything. Regina is a great host, it's always available to ask questions and help.

Otima location, 300m from Praça do Fafariz. Marcelo and his parents are a sympathy, it made us very comfortable. The apt is wide (we went in 8 adults) overlooking the city, full kitchen, a massage bed that was the high point. You can do everything on foot, the car is stored in the garage. Second floor but has elevator. Close to the best restaurants and pizzeria, Rua Coberta and Train Station. I recommend the Pizzaria Maria Fumaça and a mineira food without balances, Restaurant Cia do Sabor in front of Itaú. But if you prefer there are other reataurantes such as Comilança, very well regarded. Scented bedding, soft mattresses, light and airy ambience provided us with a relaxing night. Two bathrooms with good showers , and we still have at our disposal several board games that we enjoyed the day it rained. Marcelo, very attentive, proved to be available for any questions through his zap.

Due to an adverse event, it was not possible to make the trip. As I made the reservation on the same day of the stay, according to the rules of the platform it was no longer possible for me to receive a full or partial refund, I explained what happened to the host and with all sensitivity and empathy, Beatriz requested the cancellation and I was able to receive the full amount paid. The apartment is so cute! New, clean, well located on a quiet street, with a great supermarket nearby (2 min walk), a wonderful restaurant very close and a perfect location for walking or jogging at Lake Javary. Mr. Renato is always very attentive and available, providing tips and useful information: how to get to the property, restaurants and local attractions. Self check-in very well explained. We will definitely be coming back many more times!!!

The space accommodated us super well, a very clean and organized place! Condominium with a complete leisure area, good for resting and relaxing with the family! We will definitely return more often!

The apartment is spacious, with a good living room with sofa bed and smart TV. The American kitchen had everything we needed for the weekend. The rooms (en-suites) were spacious and very comfortable. Quality linens. The condominium is delightful. It has tennis courts, swimming pools, lots of green area for walking and restaurants. We found it to be good value for money. Marco was always attentive, very polite and promptly answered us every time. We'll be back.

Ana is a host and fantastic person, far beyond a simple rental relationship, extremely kind and flexible. The apartment exceeds expectations, an exceptional affection, everything very clean and smelling, impeccable furniture. Besides that the condominium is of a spectacular pattern. Exactly as in the pictures. It was all very clean and fragrant. Mario was very attentive and I kindly request. It was very worth it! I'll come back more often!

It was a sensational trip. Mirian's apartment is wonderful. super cozy and very functional. I felt right at home. It has everything you need for good hosting. The leisure area is amazing. My kids enjoyed a lot. And the location is very good. Great restaurants and other shops in general. Super indico. We will return for sure.
