Peaceful and pleasant stay. Everything went well. Very nice place, all very organized. We had good family moments.

The apartment is spacious, with a good living room with sofa bed and smart TV. The American kitchen had everything we needed for the weekend. The rooms (en-suites) were spacious and very comfortable. Quality linens. The condominium is delightful. It has tennis courts, swimming pools, lots of green area for walking and restaurants. We found it to be good value for money. Marco was always attentive, very polite and promptly answered us every time. We'll be back.

Detailing the excellent place, the shower with the natural pool and the river are the main attractions, plus it has a cold and heated pool. The restaurant's food is good. I found the space with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas around the little Duchão, it was very full all morning and we ended up not sitting down. The river was calm, good para.criancas, but it has no life-saving, which can be a risk in case of a water trunk. The cold pool had saved lives.

My stay was very good. The host is very helpful. He always answered all my questions. The condominium staff are also very polite and helpful. It's really worth staying there.

Located in a very cozy apartment, the view of the pool is wonderful, all new and complete, wonderful stay! The concierge is super helpful and always willing to assist us. The thermal insulation of the apartment is excellent and despite the cold we were comfortable inside the apartment. All perfect.

Claudia helped us with everything we needed, very nice, the Flat is well equipped, cozy, clean and a great view of the pool, as for the structure of the condominium, not to mention, a good pool, kids space, restaurant, pool bar, game room, and there is also the water park Aldeias das Águas, I recommend visiting, we loved the stay and will certainly return!!!!

The stay with family was excellent. The condominium is great, the Loft accommodations are new and in general the place is very cozy. It met all we needed. I recommend and when you return to Itaipava, it will be a great option.

I stayed in the small suite and liked it very much. Clean, organized, all new, comfortable bed. Lia is thinking of the smallest details to make the stay enjoyable. Near all the restaurants and shopping malls, I practically didn't use the car for anything. An obs: visitors' car seats are on a first come first order, so it is possible that it arrives and there is no vacancy, you will have to park somewhere else to wait.

Super cozy apartment exactly as described on the site. Super clean. Condominium with excellent infrastructure and great leisure options. 24-hour security. As for the location, it's perfect for exploring the Union Industry on foot. Good restaurant options just a short walk away. Ana is an excellent host. I recommend it!

The flat is a grace, functional, organized, airy, great view, excellent location, the porters are gentle , the building is organized and structured. The hostess is very kind and welcoming, responded promptly and instructed us appropriately.

Adriana's house has a wonderful outdoor space. We ate fruit picked from the tree, the lawn is extensive and very pleasant. The pool is large and you can even swim in it, it has a slide that is almost a toboggan. We took advantage of the barbecue and even made a bonfire, well accompanied by Alexa's songs, that's right, there's an Alexa in the house! We also enjoyed the game room with a pool table. Our family was very happy during our stay. Camila is a sweetheart and treated us super well. Adriana was flexible with our checkout. We appreciate the excellent reception and recommend the space to the entire Airbnb community.
