Amazing place! WHAT TO EXPECT? A comfortable house, for 6 people easily. Comfortable bedrooms. The apartment is close to beautiful waterfalls, inside the condominium there is a private waterfall, there is a restaurant, swimming pools, saunas. Quiet place. I'll be back for sure.

the condominium is a paradise and Lu's chalet is very well located in front of the pool near the heated pool restaurant. There are many birds, lots of trees, beautiful flowers, amazing place. Her house is wonderful with a fireplace, good shower, clean bedding.

The apartment is very well located in a quiet and pleasant environment with many facilities. Nicole and Elder provided several treats such as coffee capsules, coffee powder, sugar and other things. Small kitchen with all the utensils you need to prepare a small meal. I highly recommend the apartment.

It's always good to be in Itaipava. Our stay was super peaceful, bed and bath linens very well maintained, I, as a person allergic to smells, felt good! All well cared for! View with lots of greenery, showers providing wonderful baths. Very good beds! Celso is a superhost! We'll be back for sure.

Location absolutely impeccable! In the most central street of Itaipava with several wonderful restaurants walking! Restaurante Antonio is an excellent indication super close to the apartment! We love every detail of your stay! The host was wonderful in every way and the apartment is extremely comfortable! Let's go back for sure! I stayed in the small suite and liked it very much. Clean, organized, all new, comfortable bed. Lia is thinking of the smallest details to make the stay enjoyable. Near all the restaurants and shopping malls, I practically didn't use the car for anything. An obs: visitors' car seats are on a first come first order, so it is possible that it arrives and there is no vacancy, you will have to park somewhere else to wait.

Super cozy apartment exactly as described on the site. Super clean. Condominium with excellent infrastructure and great leisure options. 24-hour security. As for the location, it's perfect for exploring the Union Industry on foot. Good restaurant options just a short walk away. Ana is an excellent host. I recommend it!

The house is beautiful, cozy and with a beautiful garden! Susana was very attentive in the recommendations and clear in the instructions on how to get there. Palmares is very welcoming, ideal for those who want to rest and renew their energies. We had a very pleasant stay and we intend to return whenever possible!

Victor's place is like the listing. Quiet, cozy place, provided pleasant days. Mr. Geraldo welcomed us very well. I recommend requesting the location of the property for him because the GPS takes a not very good road and there is a very good path that arrives at the property. For those looking for peace of mind, I recommend the space. I'm definitely coming back.

It was wonderful to disconnect from the urban routine and immerse yourself in the tranquility of Miguel Pereira. The accommodation is simple but extremely comfortable, and the affection of the owner, along with the welcoming energy of children and animals, makes all the difference. We had the unique opportunity to accompany the care of a complete vegetable garden, as well as interacting with chickens, dogs and the rich local fauna. Tucanos, squirrels, jacus and even a teihu crossed our path, making the experience even more special. The balcony, surrounded by the treetops, provided moments of pure serenity during breakfast and late afternoons. The owner of the house knew how to balance hospitality with respect to our privacy, which made us really feel at home. We were also fortunate enough to visit the Dinosaur Park and the city's coffee and chocolate fair, which were enchanting experiences. We returned renovated, with good memories and a desire to return to this special place.

Very helpful and polite host. The house is very wide and with a very serene energy, very good to sleep in the silence and wake up with the singing of the birds. My kids loved the pool. Children can play on the street like they used to I recommend to taste the cheese, cheese and candy breads of Dona Regina(in front of the field) recharged batteries! Gratitude🙏

welsley's house is exactly like in the pictures. a very charming and well-planned rustic house. otima for a period of 2 bedrooms, 1 being suite, upstairs, and a living room, bathroom and kitchen downstairs, plus a great outdoor area with a kitchen and barbecue to keep the mess out of the house. In addition, the land has 2 other suites for rent if they want to increase the group, which was great for us to spend the holiday with the whole family.

Luciana's place was a pleasant surprise! We were the first guests and we were very happy with the kindness and attentive way of Luciana welcoming us into her home, with a special highlight to Jonathan, who was always available to help us with any small problem we had in the house, always arriving in 5 minutes for any support. The house is beautiful, much more beautiful and complete than the photos, having everything you can need for a group of 10 people. You feel at home and we haven't had any discomfort, wifi working very well to do home office, and the light falling for just a few hours in a single day, but the house has a generator. Amazing air conditioning and totally wonderful pool, outdoor and indoor environment note mil. I highly recommend renting!

Márcia was an excellent host — super helpful, understanding and attentive to details. The house is great, very comfortable and well equipped, I felt super at ease. Pena that was short on time, but it was a great stay. I highly recommend it!
