Large independent design loft of 180 m2 with outdoor space of 100 m2 in a renovated old wine cellar (artist's house). You will relax by the fireplace, share a friendly moment thanks to the large dining table, its fully equipped kitchen and the comfort of its beds in the bedroom or mezzanine (1 m under the ceiling). In summer, you will enjoy the terrace and its kitchen with plancha. Access to the heated pool, by common courtyard, between June 1 and September 15.

Welcome to our peaceful villa in Jaunay-Marigny, ideally located just a few minutes' drive from the famous Futuroscope amusement park. Our home is the perfect place for your family or business getaway. Our house has been beautifully decorated with a mix of modern and traditional styles. Each corner has been thoughtfully arranged to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. All this is just 5 minutes from the Futuroscope and the Arena.

Cabin in the heart of nature

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.

The Presbytère des Groseillers-79 gîte

Located in the heart of Deux-Sèvres, Le Presbytère des Groseillers, is perfectly placed to shine between Gâtine, Parthenay, Niort, Marais Poitevin, La Rochelle, La Vendée and Puy du Fou. In addition to the surrounding countryside and the creek of L'Autize, hosts can enjoy on-site painting exhibitions and music instruments (piano, guitar, percussion). It's the perfect place to meet friends and family, stay quietly, and unwind!

In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).
