Riverside Victorian home- 20 mins to the Beacons

My friend and I had an awesome weekend walking in the area with Josephine's beautifully curated place as a comfy base and retreat. When we asked for a local walk suggestion, we had a perfect option within half an hour. We really want to bring our partners back one fine day for weekends of reading, yoga, and relaxation since we shared many of her interests in travel and books and style. We coveted a lot of Josephine's lovely stuff (!) - the house feels very personal, unlike many AirBnBs, and she has great taste in our view :) Thoroughly recommended and we will be back as soon as we can. Thanks J!

Pentwyn caravan

Lovely caravan in the garden, with good facilities. Good to have bedrooms at either end and two bathrooms. Tidy and clean and easy to access. Quiet, scenic location. We enjoyed seeing the guinea pigs in the garden. Overall, great for what we needed for a couple of nights to visit nearby attractions.

Birch Tree Barn Beautiful S. Wales

I can only echo what everyone else has said in their reviews about this wonderful spot! Gill was welcoming and responsive, hosting out of a beautiful home that offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, with Abergavenny, Usk, Raglan, Monmouth and the Brecon Beacons amongst other places of interest within reasonable driving distance. Upon arriving there was an exquisite, freshly-baked lemon drizzle cake set to one side (the recipe since offered and eagerly accepted!), with some eggs, butter and milk set to one side too which came in very handy. There are lovely spaces in the gardens in which to relax and dine, and if you're lucky enough you might meet furry friends Poppy, Corky & Bertie - at one stage I thought I would be playing fetch with Bertie all night! Many thanks again, Gill :)
