For those who want to stay completely unique in their own house in a cultural area, with horses, cats and access to our own jetty. You have your own outside space with barbecue and cozy playground for children. You love the proximity to adorable beautiful nature and trails. You appreciate having access to your own dock and being able to take a dip in the lake. You also want to see culture. We will be happy to show the farm that has been restored according to old methods. It is close to golf course and picturesque town of Arvika with art museum and cafes.

Cozy cottage with secluded lakefront location

Here you will find tranquility, just a stone's throw from Kungsberget ski resort with close proximity to forest and lake. The cottage of 36 m2 offers an open floor plan with kitchen (not oven) and living areas where a sofa and daybed are available as well as a sleeping loft with double bed. A small cottage with a double bed is available in summer. The lake is outside the door but is better for a boat ride than swimming. Close to Sandviken, Högbo, Gävle and Ockelbo. Outhouse, hot outdoor shower, no water retracted, drinking water on can. Digital TV.

Raw nature hotel, Lövet

Experience the luxury of nature and simplicity. Secluded just a hundred meters from the lake, surrounded by trees lies your cabin. A spot to just relax or hang out without a requirement. Take a morning swim in the lake or sit and cozy in front of the wood stove. At the lake, there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can use freely for a fee. Welcome to insta @Frykstaladan. It is located 50 meters from the fairytale spun lake Fryken's south end. This unique home has its very own style that has grown up for the five years we rebuilt the barn. High ceilings and plenty of space both inside and out. Everything is new and fresh. Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. After a gravel road up on a mountain in the heart of the fine forest you will find the tranquility of this gem with everything needed for a wonderful holiday. Here you live with the silence in the middle of nature, right by a lake but with all the amenities you might need. In the nearby area there are several lakes and nice fishing waters, the opportunity to pick berries and mushrooms, hike or why not take a ride on any snowmobile trail.
