This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Amazing location in the middle of the "Färnebofjärden", with wonderful views of the Dalälven River. The compound is privately located at the end of the street with no neighbors. The property consists of several smaller houses, a private hottub, a swimspa, and sauna and is located immediately by one of Östa Stränder beaches. The houses are all beautifully renovated and decorated. This location is great for a family or two or a bigger group. Tranquility is a fact once you arrive.

A typical charming Swedish red cottage in lovely surroundings. Nearby (3km away ) beautiful lake Toften.
