Within walking distance, there is a kiosk and grocery store, and a little further up in the village, there is a café, hotel and mini golf. 200 meters from the front door is Byrviken, an excellent swimming area. Within 20 minutes' drive, there is also Tegera Arena, Granberget ski slope and cross-country skiing.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation right by the sea. The cottage has villa standard with all amenities such as electricity, heating, water, shower and toilet as well as washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, hot air oven and stove with induction hob etc. Enjoy the views, the sunset and maybe a little northern lights. Take a walk in the woods and cozy up in front of the fire. There is the possibility of a sauna and then a refreshing swim in the sea. Canoe, and 2 SUP boards are available to borrow.

Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. A beautifully located farm next to Hasselasjön only 1,5 km from Hassela Ski Resort. With acces to private beach, wood heated sauna, rowing boat and kayak.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Close to nature but still not far from the community. The cottage is located on the outskirts of a village where the forest begins, a river flows next to the cottage. 4 km to the nearest store and 10 km into the city of Sandviken. Nice berries and mushroom places nearby. There is a small forest lake 30 minutes walk from the cabin.
