Welcome to our newly built house – a lakeside oasis with sauna, fireplace and magnificent views of the lake and Järvsö ski slopes. There are 3 bedrooms (6 beds), kitchen and bathroom. Swimming dock and rowing boat straight down below the house, bike and hiking trails around the corner and in winter you can reach the ski slopes in 10 minutes over the ice or 3 minutes by car. After a day filled with adventure, the sauna, the fire and the silence await. Free electric car charging is included. Perfect for both outdoor activities and relaxation all year round.

The house is about 5 km from E4 and 8 kilometers from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are brought by the guest or can be rented for SEK 150/set. TV and Wi-Fi available. On the property there is a gym with ping pong table and a wood-fired sauna to dispose of. Summertime there is also a heated swimming pool. An additional home in large apartment can also be rented.

Room with kitchenette, 25 square meters. Bathroom with shower. One double bed (120 cm wide) and sofa bed for 2 people. The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wifi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We will charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Cabin overlooking Siljan

Unwind in this unique and tranquil home with the personal decor of Dalastil. The cottage is located with amazing views of Siljan. On the farm, the host couple lives in the house and there is a large garden that provides privacy. The accommodation includes toilet, shower, sauna, charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. There is a double bed in a separate bedroom and sofa bed with two beds in the living room. Cleaning is not included in the price and should be done before checkout.

Cyclepath all the way in to Gävle city. Towels and cleaning is included in price. Parking in the yard. Pets are welcome but not in the beds. Beds are ready when you arrive. Those who wish to rent will also get access to our own sandy beach, sauna, rowing boat with simpler fishing equipment as well as kayaking. A beautifully located farm next to Hasselasjön only 1,5 km from Hassela Ski Resort. With acces to private beach, wood heated sauna, rowing boat and kayak.
