I vardagsrummet finns 1 bäddsoffa med sovplats för 2 personer. Köket är utrustat med kyl som har frysfack, spis, micro, vattenkokare samt kaffebryggare. Matplats för 4 personer. I allrummet finns en soffa, bord, fåtöljer, tv och en mysig kamin. Badrumsavdelningen består av stort duschrum, bastu och separat WC. Stor altan med loungegrupp och grill.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården ligger belägen i en trevlig by som heter Övermyra/Österberg, 2km öster om Storvik. Avstånd till närliggande orter är Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Busshållplats 4 min promenad. Huset är timrat i Ottsjö Jämtland och räddades från ödehusdöden då det flyttades hit. Inredningen är unik med svenska historiska möbler och föremål. The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Mysig stuga i suterräng belägen i lummig trädgård med fruktträd. Övervåningen har en öppen planlösning med kök och vardagsrum med bäddsoffa. Där finns också en toalett med kombinerad tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Sovrum i suterrängvåning en trappa ned med dusch och bastu och med utgång till stor altan med närhet till ån. Nära till busshållplats med goda kommunikationer. Gävle centrum ligger på 40 minuters gångavstånd genom fint parkområde längs ån.

Fjäll

Charmigt och mysigt hus på landet, där man kan bo året runt. Ett idylliskt ställe där man kan koppla av, nära till skog, sjöar, naturreservat och fantaskiska kantarell ställen. Huset har en stor veranda och fin tomt som sträcker sig runt huset och in i den värmländska skogen. En kort cykeltur bort hittar ni mataffär, pizzeria och bensinstation (ca 3km). Vill ni uppleva den värmländska idyllen och de mystiska skogarna så har ni hittat rätt.
