Lydia's place was great for us! So clean, had everything we needed, perfect location. She's very easy to reach anytime and a lovely person. As noted by others there is construction nearby and ambulances bc of nearby hospital but it's only in the day and we got pretty used to it. It's one of the nicest places we've stayed so unless you need quiet all day and won't be going out I wouldn't hesitate to book this lovely place.

Absolutely loved staying here! It was exactly how she described it. As an artist myself, I loved all the artwork in the apartment. The apartment was spacious and loved having the enclosed terrace for my work space. The apartment has everything one could need, from pots pans, baking dishes to cook, and a coffee machine. I would love to stay here for every work trip if it’s possible.

Great space and very clean! The building also had some great amenities. Andy and Lydia are so friendly and really helped accommodate us with our erratic flight schedule. Not to mention the air conditioning in the bedroom really made for some great sleeps. Very close to commercial drive which a very cool area to check out in Vancouver.

The hosts were super accommodating to a few requests we had before arrival and even getting us in the home earlier than expected. They were super communicative the whole time and assisted with any questions. Loved all the amenities and even left us a laundry card to do some laundry. Only thing off putting about the place was the surrounding area and maybe we should have done more research, but the homeless population in downtown Vancouver is scary. We watched a lot of homeless people and drug involvement around the streets of the home we stayed in and nearby restaurants.

It’s the first time I’ve visited Vancouver, Yiding’s place made a big difference on my overall experience, it was wonderful. Her space was perfect for us, a working professional couple. The space was efficient, tidy, very well organized, extremely considerate with all amenities especially office needs. Check in and out was seamless. Location is awesome, in walking distance of an array of shops and restaurants. Yiding was very friendly and super responsive. Thank you for hosting us! Highly recommend. We’d stay here again.

This is a gorgeous place. Immaculate. John quickly responded to any questions. Modern design, three levels, fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils and spices. Someone left a bottle of vodka which we liked. Kitchen appliances are a high end manufacturer. Stovetop is induction which was cool to work with. The shower had the overhead waterfall, body sprays and a hand-held sprayer. We used the hot tub a lot. There are two bedrooms upstairs, separated by a sliding door, and two downstairs. Beds were quite comfortable. There are 68 steps from the street down to the front door. I found that if I engaged my core and legs the entire ascent, it became less burdensome. If you have any orthopedic issues, you should consider. With that said, there is a device/tram/funicular that will move your luggage/groceries from the street level down to the back door of the house. Perhaps the best aspect of the house is the view. Just stunning and relaxing all the time, day and night.

Great stay in North Van! Lucy made sure we had everything we needed and the house was very nice. If you visit, do yourself a favor and visit both Lynn Canyon and Cleveland Dam. Both are nearby and have great photo-ops! We would certainly stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was conveniently located near UBC for us to attend the sporting events we were watching. Nice walk through the park to get to UBC. Short walk to the bus stop to get to downtown Vancouver, Kitsilano and Granville island. The apartment looks like the listing photos. Would recommend. Thank you Jerry for being a great host.

Cozy studio with a great minimalist vibe! It was just what we were looking for! The hosts were excellent with communication and made everything easy. The location was perfect for us, with an easy drive into the city and convenient access to wedding events in Surrey and Delta. A great middle ground and overall a lovely stay!

What an amazing place! We felt right at home in this house and in this neighborhood. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless! The Master bedroom was bright, spacious. The King Size Bed was extremely comfortable. The living room and dining room were perfect for having friends over. The patio was perfect for quiet evenings on a sunny day. Parking was always available on the street in front of the house. The hosts were proactive with check in and with great neighborhood advice. This is the perfect house to make you feel like you are living in Vancouver, and not just staying there! A GREAT PLACE!

What a great spot! We came for a concert at the Orpheum and this location was perfect. We walked to Gastown, Stanley Park and took the ferry to Granville Island during our short stay. The condo looked exactly like the photos. It was small but comfortable for the 2 of us. We enjoyed the balcony daily. The kitchen was very well stocked including some spices which made cooking in when we wanted easily. There was a grocery store very close by. Instructions for entry and leaving were simple and easy. Highly recommend a stay here.

We had the most amazing stay at this Airbnb in Vancouver! The apartment itself was absolutely stunning! It was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. One of our favorite parts was waking up to the breathtaking city views each morning; they truly made the space feel magical. What made our experience even better was how thoughtful and responsive our host was. Every question or message we sent was answered almost immediately, and they went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. That level of communication really made a difference and gave us so much peace of mind. This was hands down one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Daman was incredibly communicative and friendly throughout our stay. While the neighborhood isn’t the quietest - expect some sirens from a nearby station and the sounds of downtown nightlife - that’s not Daman’s fault. In fact, he thoughtfully provided disposable earplugs in the nightstand, which was a great touch. The Airbnb itself was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed: shampoo and conditioner, Q-tips, kitchen essentials, tape for mailing packages, garbage bags, plenty of towels, and more. These little conveniences made a big difference in the quality of our stay. The location is just a few blocks from the metro and within easy walking distance of tons of great shopping and dining. Highly recommend checking out The Roxy for a fun night out. We’d definitely stay here again! Thank you for everything!

A fabulous position to enjoy downtown Vancouver for a few days, exactly what was needed. There was no stress. I definitely appreciated the flexibility shown by Andre when I arrived very early. Communication was exemplary.
