Our short stay was very comfortable. AC works well, fan was a lovely addition, couch was amazing and we loved having the TV with Netflix. People in the building respected quiet hours. Tons of extra linens which we appreciated. We loved having our own washer and space outside to hang our clothes. There is a coffee shop and mini mart at the bottom floor of the building for convenience. This is a very modern apartment, which is very welcomed after spending a few weeks in rural Vietnam. Linh was always responsive and helpful! She treated us very well, and we felt so welcome. Thank you so much! 😍

My friends and we stayed at this place for one night and this honestly was one of the best accommodation experiences in Asia in my life. Everything was so nice. The house is awesome! It feels like home. All rooms were clean and Jay prepared everything what we needed. Also he was open for our special requests, but we didn’t have one. Highly recommend this place in Ha Long! There are also many restaurants around, you can walk there - the surroundings are beautiful as well. Thank you Jay for this beautiful place!

Loved it!!! The landlady was very nice, and as soon as something needed fixing, they got it done within 10 minutes. The cleaning lady was also very sweet, and it was very clean and neat. The location is bit to the side, but in general, I would highly recommend it. Well worth of 5 stars

Nice place and very helpful host ! They was helping me with the ride both way from Hanoi to ha long with increadible smooth travel. I was walking around a bit and found many nice coffee shop near by. The room was clean and organize with exactly like in images. I have my good stay here!

Huyen’s place is absolutely wonderful. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It offers a gorgeous view of Ha long bay day and night. The area was very quiet as it was low season but many coffee places and restaurants were still open. And everything was 5-10 minutes from with a Grab ride. I definitely recommend it.

I had the pleasure of staying at Minh’s apartment at Best Western Sapphire and was thoroughly impressed. The apartment was exactly as described — modern, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. Minh was an exceptional host, demonstrating excellent communication and genuine care throughout my stay. The location is also excellent, with many great coffee shops and restaurants nearby, all while being in a quieter area away from the more touristy parts of the city. Her responsiveness and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend Minh’s apartment to any future guests and would gladly stay again.

Dai was so helpful and kind! Her English was really impressive, and she went out of her way to provide a good experience for us. She upgraded us to a nicer room for free. The room was clean, quiet, comfy, and just what we needed. Their pancakes are yummy and fresh in the morning!!

The unforgettable Lan Ha Bay tour, exploring Cat Ba National Park with An, the cooking class with Tam, and the care of Mama, who came every day to help daughter—all these moments will remain cherished in my memory for a long time. I spent two peaceful days at Lan Homestay, exactly what I needed for a quiet moment on my own, away from the hustle and bustle of Cat Ba town. Access is great: a speedboat (between 500k and 700k VND) offers a nice ride in the bay, followed by a small golf cart to the village, already an adventure in itself. Even if there is a bit of traffic with tourists cycling or hiking in the park, the place remains quiet. The setting is beautiful, soothing. The family is adorable, the food delicious (special mention to the coconuts), and the garden is maintained with a lot of love, you can feel it. The hike not far is a little tough but the view is worth every drop of sweat. I loved this little cocoon, I was like a queen. Big up to the little brother, super attentive and helpful, a gem 🤗

Quiet and cozy location, warm hospitality, very nice private room (tidy and clean). The host helped me a lot and quickly for any inquiries I had, for example looking for a way to go back to Hanoi. They have cars from the homestsystay to Hanoi (but be sure to book in advance) or a bus stop to the main destinations just 2km away. I highly recommend this place if you want to spend a relaxing vacation 👍

What a fantastic place! I can't imagine there are places in the same price category that can offer as much as Orestay Homestay does. Nice and clean big rooms, comfy beds and pillows, fast internet, new TV's, helpful and really friendly hosts, great breakfast, relaxing atmosphere in the garden. I've been traveling for a month and this was definitely the place where I got most value for my money. A perfect place to stay for a couple of days if you're visiting Ha Long.
