We're a group of US students booking last minute, and we took the risk because this posting had no prior reviews. However, the staff response was extremely fast — they were so friendly too. This apartment has a stunning view of the bay. It is clean and feels very homey. Extremely affordable and worth the price. Nothing to complain about. Strongly recommended. 10/10.

Bach is a friendly and helpful host, he allowed us to check in earlier than normal, allowed more people to stay than described, responded quickly to our inquiry, and even helped us find a lost bag. The 3-bed-room apartment is located quite near the center of Bai Chay, which is surrounded by local shops, the convenience stores, easy to catch a taxi or grab. During our stay, the building block B was clean, secure, and quiet. As a neat, clean person or due to early check-in when the previous guest has not checked out. So I find the apartment's cleanliness not really good but still acceptable.

Giang was very responsive and helpful throughout. She allowed us to check out a little later as we were running late. The place is beautiful with a gorgeous view of Ha Long bay.

Căn hộ mát mẻ, sạch sẽ, decor xinh đẹp, không khí trong lành. Vị trí trung tâm, dân cư thân thiện, lịch sự. Chủ nhà hướng dẫn rất chi tiết, nhiệt tình. Nội thất tiện nghi. Tôi và nhóm bạn của mình đã nghỉ ngơi thoải mái và có trải nghiệm rất tốt ở đây.

*거실,부엌,방2(침대2),화장실2/헤어 드라이기 2개/화장실 깨끗함/베란다에 건조 기능 있는 9kg LG세탁기 있음/거실과 방에 삼성 에어컨 있음(세제,섬유유연제 있음)/깨끗한 수건/세면용품 구비-헤드앤숄더 샴푸,바디워시,여성청결제,면도크림 있음* 하롱베이 크루즈 당일투어 후 이용했어요~리뷰가 없어 걱정했지만 결론부터 말씀 드리자면 추천 드립니다! 우선 호스트님이 너무너무 친절하시고 소통을 위해 많은 노력을 해주셨어요 숙소 외에 문제들도 도와주셔서 이번 하노이 여행에 도움이 많이 됐어요! 숙소는 한국 기준으로 고급 오피스텔 느낌입니다! 수영장도 있고 헬스장도 있다고 하는데 수영장은 저희 일정상 이용하지 못 해서 아쉽지만 좋아보이더라고요..꼭 이용하세요! 1층 로비에는 경비원분들이 늘 계시고 출입,엘레베이터 탑승할 때 카드가 있어야해서 보안도 좋아요 로비에 음료,과자 자판기도 있고 마트랑 약국도 있음…👍 위치는 대부분 택시를 타고 이동을 했지만 가까웠고 그랩보다 알려주신 택시 어플이 더 저렴해서 유용했어요 주변에 한국인이 좋아할만한 BBQ 레스토랑 맛집을 발견해서 호스트님께 공유 드렸으니 여쭤보고 가보시는 것도 추천드려요! 사파,하노이,하롱베이 여행을 다녀왔는데 이용했던 숙소들 중에 최고였습니다 베트남에서 이정도 청결이면 호텔 수준입니다 에어비앤비 후기를 작성하는 편이 아니지만 꼭 후기를 남기고 싶을 정도로 완벽했습니다! 물고기들과 화려한 색을 가지고 있는 멋진 새우 3마리도 건강했으면 좋겠어요^^ 제 리뷰가 도움이 됐으면 하네요 모두들 건강하고 행복하세요♥️

非常美好的一次住宿体验，房间设计结构很好，非常适合家庭出游，我们带着孩子可以活动自如，每个房间都有很美的海景，且很安静，楼下去海边和菜市场都非常方便，房东乐于助人，帮我们把遗漏的东西寄去我们所去的另一个城市。感谢这次相遇，等着我们下次再回来❤️❤️❤️

I had a wonderful stay at Na’s place! Na was an warm and attentive host, always ready to assist with a smile, which made the experience truly welcoming. The location is fantastic, and the room was beautifully designed and comfortable. The only minor downside was the lack of some small amenities, but it didn’t detract from the overall stay. I’d still give it a well-deserved 5 stars!

We stayed one night at Minh's place. It was so, clean, peaceful and a great location with a sea view from each room. We reached at around 10 pm by then the restaurants in the neighborhood were closed so we cooked our food and enjoyed a homely dinner at the apartment. It was such a relief to have all the cooking arrangements 😊 Overall, Minh has been a very caring and responsive host, she prepared warm water for us before we arrived. She also helped us with luggage storage at another apartment while we went for the bay tour. Thank you so much Minh for your care and support. 🙏

My family was staying at Dung’s apartment for 3 night and it was an amazing experience as the apartment was so clean, beautiful view and very convenient area. Dung was super helpful as she was recommended to us a lot of places to eat or visit in Ha Long. We were really like the places and so happy that we stayed in Dung’s place. Very much recommend the place if you want to stay and experience the locals of Ha Long.

Nice place and very helpful host ! They was helping me with the ride both way from Hanoi to ha long with increadible smooth travel. I was walking around a bit and found many nice coffee shop near by. The room was clean and organize with exactly like in images. I have my good stay here!

Huyen’s place is absolutely wonderful. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It offers a gorgeous view of Ha long bay day and night. The area was very quiet as it was low season but many coffee places and restaurants were still open. And everything was 5-10 minutes from with a Grab ride. I definitely recommend it.
