There not really anything negative that I can say about Carlas rental. The location itself with perfect for our family of 4 but could have easily accommodated another person or 2. The place had a full functional kitchen with everything you could need to cook your own meals. The balcony and all the windows made it very easy to keep a nice breeze blowing thru the unit and although the unit itself does not have AC, each room does have a fan and even with the daytime temps reaching well over 30 degrees during the day, it never got anywhere near that hot inside the unit itself. The host was always quick to respond to any questions and the digital keypad entry made it easy for everyone to do their own thing without having to worry about rushing back to the unit to unlock the door!

Amazing home with a breathtaking view on the beach. We had wonderful walks on the beach. The small town of Matanzas is perfect for a morning coffee and is at a 20-minute walk from home (by the beach). Every place in the home calls for reading/ meditating/ resting/ having a drink! I could have stayed there for much longer. Last but not least, Yanina is a great host, always responsive and enthusiastic. I highly recommend this place and I hope to come back.

Alejandra fue una excelente anfitriona. Por problemas familiares tuvimos que cambiar la hora del check in y ningún problema. El lugar es hermoso, está al lado de un estero y tiene una vista despejada del cielo y del río. Aprovechamos la tinaja, que es a gas y se calentó super rápido. Volveremos a ir pronto.

Quedamos encantados con el departamento, tiene una vista increíble, el sonido del mar es muy relajante, Carlos un excelente anfitrión, siempre muy atento y muy amable, sin duda volveremos.

Excellent place, secure and very close to the river. The cabins have all the amenities that you need, an amazing deck with a fire pit. I'll definitely recommend the place!

La cabaña es hermosa, espaciosa, cómoda. Un excelente lugar para desconectarse. Felicitaciones a Nancy y a Arturo por tan buena atención.

¡Nos encantó la casa! Está al lado de la playa, en la segunda línea de casas, está muy bien equipada y las piezas son muy espaciosas.

Excelente estadía en la casa de Matias y Carolina. los 2 se mostraron muy preocupados en todo momento de mantener comunicación e instrucciones claras y oportunas. la casa es tal cual se menciona en la publicación. al llegar encontramos todo impecable.. muy lindo lugar para descansar, fui con mis hijos de 3 meses y 3 años y definitivamente es un buen lugar para ir con niños y en familia. recomendado 100%

Alojamiento en un lugar muy tranquilo, Claudia excelente anfitriona, siempre atenta, nos encantó el lugar, tal cual se muestra en las fotos, en resumen 10 de 10.

Lugar céntrico a pasos de la playa y locales de comida, pubs y supermercado. El sector es seguro y agradable, muy transitable tanto de día como de noche.

La casa es excelente, hermosa y espaciosa para un grupo grande, cuenta con todas las comodidades para tener unos días de relajo y diversión. Además, Guillermo fue muy claro y estuvo en todo momento disponible para orientarnos, fue muy comprensivo y flexible. Sin duda volveríamos a su casa!

lindo departamento fácil para llegar cuando llegamos estaba impecable bien completo internet piscina el único detalle la tele se pegaba todo el rato no se veía nada fue el único detalle negativo

Our stay in David’s home was a true pleasure! The house is beautiful and spacious . The surroundings are peaceful and awe inspiring! The whole process, from booking to checkout was smooth and easy. David was responsive and flexible. Gemma, the caretaker, was so kind and helpful. Available to assist throughout our stay. I wish our stay had been longer.
