The Annex, our accommodation is an outbuilding of the house not directly overlooked, with private access. Quiet and ideally located studio in Annecy Seynod, 5 min drive from the center of Annecy, 15 min by bus from the train station, 30 min walk from the center, 30 min drive from the ski slopes. Close to the mountains and the lake, you can enjoy the outdoor areas of the house as a couple or solo. Several parking spaces on site. The kitchen is equipped and the accommodation is air-conditioned if necessary.

The accommodation is comfortable and functional and also has private outdoor spaces. Ideal for 2 people (Not suitable for babies and young children). The vacation rental is located on the heights of Rumilly, surrounded by nature and very quiet. It is located between the 2 most beautiful lakes in France. Annecy and Aix-les-Bains are just 25 minutes away.

This accommodation has a resolutely unique style. It is a charming stone house. It is composed of a kitchen, a dining room bathed in light. A staircase leads to a 1st mezzanine serving a toilet, bathroom and a sleeping area with a 160 bed. Another staircase takes you to the living room equipped with a sofa bed (high-end) and TV. A final staircase guides you to a cute attic bedroom composed of 2 single beds for 2 children (the beds can be brought together to make a queen size)

At the gates of Savoy, AIX-LES-BAINS and Lake Bourget with its beautiful beaches, Haute-Savoie, ANNECY, its lake and mountains, Culoz is in the heart of Bugey, at the foot of the Grand Colombier. Ideal site for lovers of hiking (Saint Jacques de Compostelle), cycling (legendary stage of the Tour de France) and the ViaRhona for cycle tourists! Culoz has all amenities within a 2-minute walk of the accommodation. The train station is down the street, a 5-minute walk away.

Quiet and natural, change of scenery guaranteed! Les Acacias, gite*** is 8 minutes from Rumilly, 35 minutes from Annecy and Bourget lakes and 45 minutes from Semnoz and Margeriaz ski resorts. The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. A private parking space will ensure parking without any problems.
