Very nice location, with stunning lake views. We really enjoyed the view, as well as the layout of the cottage, while we spent the Christmas holidays there, mostly indoors.

A jewel by a running river where you can cool off in between exploring Annecy, Chamonix or the local mountain villages. House is perfect! An authentic watermill with a completely enclosed beautiful garden next to the river. The village of Frangy has everything including Boulangerie, fromagerie , local winery and authentic farm restaurant serving delicious meals with in and outdoor seating to watch the world go by. Beautiful walks to nearby waterfalls from the doorstep: highly recommended!

Total change of scenery bucolic environment, house totally in its juice year 60 except the modern kitchen and very well equipped the big plus is the huge terrace, the jacuzzi with a magnificent view, the large hammock. Nearby shop on foot, starting point for a walk among other things the springs of the groin. Very family house comfortable bedding, bathroom in their juice too but there are two. House that suited us well for us and our two grown children aged 32 and 26

After a short-term booking, Morgan warmly welcomed us 45 minutes later in front of an idyllic old mill and we were able to move into the accommodation immediately, which was in a very clean and impeccable condition. The heated hot tub was the icing on the cake. Thanks also to Jean-Luc for the excellent breakfast. The place and the hosts are worth a trip!

The accommodation was perfectly as described: clean, well-equipped and pleasant. The host was very welcoming and responsive throughout the stay. The linens were impeccable, and we particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches like the coffee available, the maps of nearby restaurants and the bottle of fresh water on arrival. Marie-Laure's room immediately makes you feel like you're at "home", it's very well decorated and really very clean. You can drop off your car nearby and do everything on foot during your stay, a perfect location! In addition, the room is in a former palace with a magnificent hall, grand staircases and huge corridors... I love it! I'll definitely be back!

Excellent location to enjoy this beautiful area and all amenities (shops and bike rental close by). We had a great time at this beautiful, spacious and particularly well-equipped accommodation. Sandrine is a charming and available person who took the time to welcome us and give us tips for our stay. There is all the baby equipment available (bed, high chair, bathtub) as well as books and toys for children. Everything is thought out to feel good. We'll be happy to go back!

We came to Michel & Svetlana's to stay during the animation festival in Annecy. We were extremely well received, the accommodation is perfect as well as its location, which is easy to find (20 minutes from the city center), quiet and beautiful. The house was small but incredibly functional — it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Thoughtfully equipped and very well maintained. The location was also great: just a short walk to the railway and bus stations, with shops and a market nearby. The lake was only about 10 minutes away on foot, which made for lovely walks. Perfect for a short or solo stay!

We had a very nice and relaxing time in this apartment with the wonderful panoramic terrace. What was not visible in the photos: She also had a spacious covered terrace on the side of the house! 🤩 The apartment is very well equipped and very comfortable.

This is the BEST airbnb I have ever stayed in!! If you have the opportunity to stay at Mickaelle’s place you have to book. The space was pristine clean. The airbnb is very spacious compared to others for the same price. Mickaelle was the loveliest host, she provided us with very useful recommendations and was super quick to response when we had a question. An absolute 5 star!!

Excellent stay in Annecy! Very well-equipped studio with everything you need. The hosts were very nice and especially available! They were able to adapt to us, because we arrived late on the big day. Regarding the location of the apartment, we were right next to the city center and 5 minutes from the Annecy Animation Film Festival. In short 10/10 thank you again! 🥰

ground floor accommodation with a beautiful terrace out of sight. The studio is comfortable, the kitchen is practical and well-equipped, even if I only spent one night. Downtown within walking distance of 5 min, restaurants, park... very nice host.

Perfect accommodation for a weekend. It is clean and well-equipped. The host is responsive for giving me tips on hiking or cycling in the area. Walking distance to the train station. I would recommend it in a second.

I Ve stayed only one day but it had everything I needed . It is suitable for 1 young couple or 1 person because the bed is in the mezzanine with a slim ladder.Thank you Beatrice for your flexibility!

Great stay and highly recommend.

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.
