Tolle Außenküche mit großem Gasgrill, Meerblick von fast überall. Pauschale für Reinigung, Wäscheservice, lokale Steuern / Gebühren von 170 EUR sind vor Ort zu zahlen. Pool auf Wunsch beheizt (Nov-Feb 200EUR /Woche, sonst 100EUR/Woche). Jacuzzi nur im Winter! Ein Auto wird dringend empfohlen! Es gibt keinen Bus!

Großzügige Villa Vallgornera in ruhiger Lage

Diese sehr großzügige Villa, mit interessanter Geschichte, befindet sich in der ruhigen Siedlung Cala Pi - Vallgornera Nou, im Süden Mallorcas. Das nach Süden ausgerichtete Haus wurde auf einem weitläufigen ca. 2.200 qm großen Grundstück errichtet und liegt nur wenige Minuten vom idyllischen Sandstrand der gleichnamigen Bucht Cala Pi entfernt. Eine große überdachte Terrasse (ca. 4x11 m) oder der große Garten mit ausreichend Liegestühlen und dem schönen Pool (ca. 5x15 m) laden zum Relaxen ein.

La urbanizacion se encuentra a 200 metros del mar en una zona de acantilados; tiene unas vistas preciosas y alguna entrada al mar por medio de las rocas La preciosa playa de cala Pi esta a 3 kilometros. Las playas cristalinas de Sa Rapita y Es trenc estan solo a 10 minutos . Es imprescindible tener coche. El aeropuerto esta a 25 minutos de distancia.
