Less than 20 minutes from I-80 and popular Omaha neighborhoods like Aksarben Village, and Midtown Crossing are only 15-20 minutes away. Only blocks away from some of the best restaurants around as well!

Shares an acre of land with the main house, built in 1892 and occupied by the owners. A wood burning fireplace gives the home a cozy warmth during the winter months. Outdoor fire pit as well as a gas barbecue are available for use in the large, fenced back yard. There is a bike path at the end of the driveway and only a 7 min drive to Eppley Airfield.
