Our sun-drenched apartments exude calm and coziness. We equipped the holiday apartments with furniture made from our own stone pine forest. It beckons you to relax and unwind. The light-flooded 40m² vacation apartment Ciasa Silvia is located in San Martino in Badia (Sankt Martin in Thurn), a small community in northern Italy's South Tyrol region. The ground floor vacation apartment consists of a living room with sleeping options, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. An additional bed can be added to bring the max capacity to 5 people. The apartment features Wi-Fi and satellite television.

Questo appartameno ha una stanza da letto (letto matrimoniale, letto singolo + culla neonato), cucina con divano-letto (senza lavastoviglie), Tv, grande balcone al sud...nel bagno ce anche una piccola lavatrice....Ideale per la coppia con bambini piccoli :)

The village center with shops, bars and restaurants is within walking distance. Our apartment is located directly on the Pustertal cycle path.

Good starting point for mountain tours in the Dolomites, ski/hiking area Plose Brixen and Bolzano are easily accessible by bus/train. The Lüsner Alm offers great excursion destinations. The cottage is good for couples, families with kids. Pets are welcome. Breakfast, bread service, fresh eggs and milk will be provided on request.

The apartment is located in a private house with two residential units. You live on the entire first floor, your landlord lives on the second floor. The house is in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Pfalzen is well connected to public transport, every 30 minutes there is a bus connection to Bruneck. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, bathroom and day toilet and a large terrace.

The south-facing balcony gives you a great view on the Dolomites and the Kronplatz, just 10 km from the apartment. Bruneck, the main city of the Valley, is located about 5 km from Pfalzen (pullman every 30 min).
