We loved our stay here! It was a great value and plenty of room for our needs. The kitchen was perfect and equipped to make meals for the family. We really appreciated the large common area and it was just a beautiful apartment overall. Excellent location - steps to tram for the train and exploring further, with most everything we wanted walkable from the apartment. Tons of great restaurants within steps. A note for others: it is a 4th floor apartment with no elevator. We could manage but with kids and luggage it required a couple trips up and down on the way out. We also only had carry ons. I wouldn't stay here if you don't pack light!

The stay at the apartment was extremely pleasant. The house is just a few minutes' walk from the center of Nantes and the Ile de Machines. Extremely convenient underground parking. The area is very quiet and peaceful, nearby there is a very convenient Carrefour. The apartment is comfortable even for a stay of several days and equipped with everything you need. Sebastien was extremely kind and helpful, he welcomed us with kindness, making us feel welcome. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a few days in the beautiful city of Nantes.

We had a lovely weekend at the place. The decoration has been tastefully done, the accommodation is located in the city center allowing access to shops/restaurants on foot. Communication with Nicolas is very easy.

I stayed with my family for 4 days and we felt right at home. Spacious, everything was clean, very quiet and with very good communication. A total hit! Fully accessible with a baby stroller.

Very nice stay for a family. Close to Puy du Fou, that's what made us choose this place. Then when we arrive we see the superb view, the great accommodation, the little touches left by the hosts... very good!

Apartment just as described and shown in pictures. Located in a neighborhood away from busy areas, but right on a bus line that takes you into the city center. Several shopping options nearby for groceries. Loved having the patio/outdoor space. Apartment was very nice, not super child friendly as there are a lot of breakables and I was always terrified my kids would accidentally break something. Very well stocked to be able to cook. Didn’t realize at the time I booked that there was no air conditioning, and when we arrived it was very hot so we bought a fan and that cooled it off some. Totally my error but if you went it in the summer something to be mindful of. WiFi was great. Host responsive. Highly recommend.

We were hosted very well by Viviane and Pierre. Listing is as described. The equipment in appliances is of quality. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The building is very quiet. This listing's location allows you to discover and visit Nantes and its surroundings in very good conditions. The documentation provided by Viviane for both household appliances and outing ideas was very helpful to us. We really enjoyed the food products (brioche, milk, fruit juice) made available to us for breakfast.
