We had an amazing stay at this place, we really enjoyed the heated pool. The house is huge and has everything you need. There was a coffee maker, coffee, BBQ charcoal, clean bath and pool towels, and cleaning supplies available. the host was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.

It was all spectacular; the location, the house, the garden... It was a weekend of friends and we all liked it. Also, I have brought 3 b*****s who enjoyed it with the very good care and fenced ground. Surely we repeat experience.

we had a great holiday at the house. The photos don't show enough how big and beautiful the garden is. Also the house is more spacious than we expected in the pictures. Received by Lucia upon arrival. Being able to communicate in English. (I don't speak Spanish). There was also a delicious local delicacy ready for us. Very attending. The house was sparkling clean. And more spacious than I expected. The garden is large and fully fenced so our dog could walk loose. There was space for sun and shade. From the covered porch we had mountain views. The pool was wonderful as well. We were able to swim in it on hot days. It is large enough for a family of 4. The peace, the silence. Only sounds of the countryside. Cows, dogs, birds, toads. Very restful. And last but not least, the area. Really beautiful. What a beautiful region. Lucia thank you!

We had a great stay, the house was very clean and Jose was such a lovely guy. He was always contactable. He gave us lots of recommendations on things to do and places to visit which we did and throughly enjoyed them all. The pool was beautiful and our kids really enjoyed it. Check in and out was flexible which was excellent.

A wonderfully renovated old cottage on the edge of Arredondo. You have a wonderful view of the mountains when they are free of clouds or simply watch the clouds play on the mountain peaks. The covered terrace is ideal for an outdoor breakfast or dinner. We used it every day of the week to simply enjoy the view. The property is clean and well maintained. Since it is on the slope, you have to climb the mountain a bit. But certainly not a problem for hikers. A stream, the Ason, ripples below the property. Tall trees around the property, but they don't disturb you. A very nice place to stay for 4 people. We would love to come again. Unfortunately, there are too many beautiful places waiting for us. We loved the house. We spent a few days with friends, in an unbeatable and quiet environment. Ideal for sightseeing, as it is located near Cabarceno and Santander.

The stay was wonderful. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos (the bathroom is better than in the photo) and is very clean, it looks brand new, it is tastefully decorated and everything is top quality. Mari has been lovely from the beginning, very friendly and helpful and recommending many things to do, the apartment is very close to Santander and several beaches and that is fantastic, in short a 10, we will repeat.

A very nice and comfortable house for a small family. We were very comfortable for three days, the house has the essentials so you don't miss anything in your stay. It is in a quiet area, you have to move about 8 min for super and places to eat. The house shares part of the jardin, but it has a trocito vallado por sias carry chuchos. In general I would recommend the stay if you want to move around the area, Cabarceno and Santander are about 20 min away.

Family weekend in a comfortable and well-located house. Well-equipped for 6 people, with ATMs, shops and restaurants. A very nice walking area. The owner took care of us quickly before we arrived.

A highly recommended house. Clean, good layout and countless details. Fully equipped. Nothing is missing. We spent New Year's Eve and New Year's Day there, and it was worth it. Many routes to disconnect. Amparo always answered in minutes. Quiet village and very close to villages with all kinds of services. I hope to be back soon. Many thanks to the hosts.

We needed a place to stay mainly to sleep, we were going to visit family and we would spend little time there. The house is very cute, it is simple but does not need more, it fulfills its function perfectly. We also found it very clean. Nuria is charming and made it very easy for us. We will definitely be back!! :)

Warm Spanish welcome with a welcome gift. Spacious structure in a very quiet area, a car is essential. Bathrooms with windows and equipped kitchen. In the garden, a lemon tree and an orange tree with fresh fruit available. The only drawback is the French bed, but otherwise everything is fine. Thanks to Marcelino who, living in front, has always been very available for any request. Recommended accommodation for those looking for relaxation

If you are looking for a quiet, historical, peaceful experience in northern Spain, this is it. The stone house is modernized and comfortable with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The kitchen is excellent and it was wonderful to have an outdoor space to eat and lounge and enjoy the setting. We stayed five days and there are endless day trips to take to nearby towns, beaches, mountains, markets and restaurants. Diego was a fantastic host and Marta opened the house for us. Both responded immediately to any of our needs. We loved it.

Everything is very good, the house, despite being old, is very well cared for and with a lot of detail. The beautiful garden and Manuela makes sure you have all the comforts to have a fantastic stay. Thanks!

It was a good experience. Noelia is very nice and answered all the questions. Even sending photos of what was in the kitchen so we didn't have to bring too much, etc. He also let us leave later so we took advantage of the last day. The house is incredible, it has everything you could possibly need and more. The incredible garden overlooking the mountain and the super nice surroundings. You have trails nearby, but you can also take the car and 10 minutes away you have trails with waterfalls, etc. The supermarket is a little far away, but by car you can get there easily, and you can also visit the villages a little, with great restaurants, etc. The rooms are very good, everything is very clean and comfortable with views in each one. And the living room with the fireplace is really an amazing area to be at night with plenty of room. It really is an amazing house, we had a great time. Thank you Noelia for such a good experience. We'll be back!

we are three adults with a dog. enclosed property, the owner himself has a small (well-tolerated) dog, you can tell. Dog blanket on couch and dog bed available, Apartment very clean, tastefully furnished, everything works, wonderful well-kept garden with beautiful hedge as a privacy screen to the street, good grill, 2 good garden loungers, parasol, dining area, in addition breathtaking view from the balcony over the village into the countryside, the best beds (mattresses) I've had in a vacation apartment in years, complete peace at night, The town of Somo does not offer much but Santander is very nice to reach via a small ferry, The beach is huge, finest sand, is cleaned, bathing area monitored, dogs (although prohibited on the beach during the day) were tolerated in June, crystal clear water Beach within walking distance in about 15 minutes via various paths through a pine grove. it was wonderful - thank you Jesus!!

Cozy apartment, bright, impeccable and very well located, on a quiet street. Very close to the beach and restaurant area. Very pleasant stay, we will repeat!!
